"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service...

"Hotel is great but there is not enough staff woring at the reception an in the morning/breakfast time at the restaurant there is also not enough staff working which is bit hectic. There are 4 desks at the reception and only 1 or sometimes 2 receptionist are serving customers which make us wait for long. Restaurant is nice. Breakfast time -English basic breakfast is served but lunch time dinner has more to offer. Gym/Spa is very nice and walkig distance to the beach is also great."

"Didn’t start very well with a late check in. - room not ready. It then got worse! The room - bathroom - more hair on the floor in the shower than on my head! The flat screen TV - as big as my iPad and tucked around the corner. The beds - sprinkled with crumbs - cleaner eating lunch? Duvet was thick and heavy and no fan. Then to cap off - the guests that are incapable of considering other guests - noise, door slamming and the smell of weed! We have photos - we will not be showing them!"

" Needed somewhere close by the O2 venue. It is 2 minutes away!!! Reasonable price. Clean & tidy. Helpful manager. The decor is older but in good order. Perfect for my need. No brainer if you are there for a gig...!"

"The hotel had a nice indoor pool, a good breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s a short walk to the seafront and into town. Our room was in the lodge - a separate building but adjacent to main hotel, all clean and a decent sized room. Small print stuff…Our parking was chargeable but I think I read somewhere that it’s free if you book directly with the hotel. We also paid a £50 refundable deposit per room per night."
