This charming 1,900 SF 3bd/2bth Forks home has so much to offer. From the covered front porch you will walk into a vaulted entry way. The hallway leads to a private living room with a 65" Smart TV + cable and a dining room that doubles as a space for playing ping pong! The dining room also features french doors that spill out into a backyard that is an entertainers paradise. Hang out on the deck while enjoying your morning coffee or get competitive with a game of cornhole! At night, turn on the string lights and roast marshmallows around the fire pit before blowing off steam and taking a dip in the secluded hot tub.

Back inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with every convenience to make you feel at home. The main floor primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features a walk-in shower with marble tile surround, soaking tub and a walk-in closet. Solid hardwood flooring and custom tile work throughout, carpet in bedrooms and living room. Upstairs is vaulted with a dedicated board game lounge and a third bedroom.

***Hot tub disclaimer***
We definitely do our best to ensure the hot tub is available to all guests. Due to maintenance requirements and factors outside of our control such as the uncommon power outage, we can't guarantee the hot tub will be operational 100% of the time. We appreciate your understanding!

Additional rules
- No outside music or loud noises.

- Must be considerate of neighbors with noise level at all times.

- Quiet hours after 10PM, if outside or with windows open, must use low indoor voices to respect neighbors.

- Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings. This is not a party house. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood that must always be respected.

Hot Tub Rules

- Shower and do not apply products before entering the hot tub (body oils, lotions, sunscreen, makeup, etc. affect water conditions/clarity/PH).

- Keep the hot tub cover closed at all times when not in use.

- Do NOT sit, lie down, or walk on the hot tub cover.

- Open and close the hot tub cover gently. Do not let cover slam when opening or it could break the cover lift.

- No glass in the hot tub (please use plastic cups).

- Do not use soap, oils or any dissolvable materials in the hot tub.

- Touch control buttons gently.

- Return the temperature button to 102º if changed.

- Leave floater inside the hot tub.

- Please treat hot tub with care. If there is any excessive cleaning or repairs required after your stay, you will be charged accordingly.
