We arrived late and discovered the full extent after settling in. We notified the front desk and were offered another room, but given the severity of the conditions and health concerns, we did not feel safe remaining on the property. We vacated after one night and requested a refund for the unused nights, which was denied"

"I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. The kitchen had no dishes in it. I understand after rereading another review you could ask for a kitchen kit. This wasn't...

"The hot tub was filled in several years ago according to the maintenance man even tho when I asked the supervisor who checked us in said, "it's being renovated". The bathroom was clearly not attended to since the last occupancy. There was blood on 2 of the pillow cases and inside on the pillows which means they cases weren't even changed. Black on the ceiling, black mold?? Outside wall next to sliding door was covered in black from cigarettes being put out. Breakfast options included, bagel...

"This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
