"The lock on our assigned room malfunctioned so we were moved to an adjacent room. That room was adequate, though the bathroom was very small and thus awkward to use. Standard pub fare was provided for lunch and dinner - nothing to get excited about. Breakfast, however, was excellent and served in a room functioning as a coffee shop for nearby railway customers (their coffee is good). "The hotel was lovely very nice room and spa facilities were good. Pool a bit small but perfect for a dip. Unfortunately the music from the reception area was booming all day and night so I got little to no sleep. Very disappointing when on a business trip and needing to be well rested the next day. By 11.30 pm I went to reception and asked them to turn it down. Originally I had thought it was some kind of disco from the restaurant it was so loud! The guy behind the counter was apologetic and...
