"Upon arrival to the room, there were nail clippings on the bathroom floor and hair and the room had not been vacuumed. The manager did come to vacuum, but there is not a full time housekeeping staff available.
The next day, while I was out, cleaners came, however they took my bobby-pin and the fancy bobby-pin I had sitting on a clean Kleenex on the night table. I spoke to the front desk twice and they said they'd get back to me, they never did.
My friend was in her own room, her room was not...

"We booked a stay in this motel during our long weekend trip between the great lakes - Huron and Erie. As usually, we used Expedia service - that particular time it was the app.
We booked a 1 night stay on the go and got confirmation around 9pm and started driving.
We arrived at 10:20pm and found that office is closed and shows the sign "working from 10AM to 10PM" - that was such a bitter surprise! Nobody answered the phone, so the only option we found was to cross the border and spend a night...
