  • Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Empordà, a small medieval town, declared a Cultural Asset of national interest and with a wide range of restaurants and small shops. Ca la Caterina is a charming town house, very bright and spacious. It is the ideal place to spend a few days off with family or friends.
    The house consists of ground floor and two more floors. The ground floor is ideal to be cool in summer and to be relaxed. The first floor consists of a living room with large sofas and fireplace, a large kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms: one of them with a small terrace, and a bathroom. At the top of the house there is a very quiet terrace with views of the town and surroundings.
    Ideal place to rest and enjoy knowing the interesting things that the region offers you: cultural heritage, nature, beaches .... Peratallada is close to the beach or the magnificent coves in the area, close to different golf courses and is an ideal place for walking or cycling, to enjoy the magnificent landscape of the area.

Amazing Home, Great Host, Perfect Location

Gerard was such a gracious host - both he and his home exceeded every expectation we could have had. Our family travels often and we can honestly say that this home was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. The 3 level apartment is over 300 years old and it is beautifully and lovingly renovated and appointed with every attention to detail. It is spotlessly clean, incredibly beautiful, located right in the middle of Peratallada, has amazing architectural features, a wood burning fireplace, and every amenity you could wish for. There are two charming terraces one on the third level off of the master bedroom and another rooftop terrace that overlooks the buildings of the medieval village. Gerard was so kind, bringing us firewood in the evenings, fresh bread from the baker in the morning, and was always available to answer questions about his home, Peratallada, and the surrounding area. He made us feel like old friends in the town his family has called home for generations. It was honestly a fantastic travel stay in every way, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Gerard's home gets the very highest review we could possibly dream of providing. We hope to return again some day. Gràcies Gerard per una estada meravellosa a casa vostra! A Unique Location

We were honoured that my family and I were the first to stay in the property. The host was fantastic - the village is totally unique and the house is beautiful. All in all - 100% Nick Bradley and Family
