"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"The room was clean but there were dirt smudges on the walls of the bathroom and some hair so not the greatest clean.
Aside from that, this hotel was great- rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with eggs bacon etc. We had rooms with river views that were just lovely and you can crack the window open for fresh air. Outside was a fantastic walking path that we made use of. Staff was very accommodating and there was even a convenience “store” in the lobby. Overall hotel was wonderful just...

"This hotel is a great find! Very friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities. It is very close to the airport taking only about 5-10 minutes in the shuttle. Restaurants are close by but not really walkable but Uber eats was quick and easy. This was also an amazing value compared to surrounding hotels. The breakfast spread was pretty average for complimentary but still very good and The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The fitness area was clean and the hot tub and pool...

"The hotel was nice, but it was hard to get to from where TriMet let us off. The room was clean and comfortable but the exterior doors looked like someone had tried to whitewash them with thin paint, making them look like they were under renovation. Staff were excellent."
