The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft for my liking and I found it uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a nice room. Old Thorns Hotel & Resort
No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed
