Relax in a three bedroom, two full bath fully furnished first-floor ranch condo in the resort area of Fontana, WI. Our end unit condo is located with-in walking distance of beautiful Lake Geneva and The Abbey Resort and Spa. Unwind in a comfy-cozy atmosphere where “What Happens at the Lake, stays at the Lake.”

Primary bedroom:
• Primary bedroom furnished with an adjustable base King bed, dresser with mirror, closet system, and night-stand
• Sitting area with love-seat couch and table
• Flat-screen television with Firestick
• Private fully-remodeled primary bath has an accessible step-in shower with sliding glass doors
• Bedroom has access to outside deck

Second bedroom:
• Bedroom complete with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and closet

Third bedroom:
• Bedroom complete with a bunk bed that has a queen on the bottom, twin on top, and dresser

Bathroom
• Second bathroom located in the hallway between the bedrooms
• Second bathroom is fully-remodeled with an accessible step-in shower with sliding glass doors

Kitchen
• The bright and fully-remodeled kitchen is furnished with all stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher)
• To make your stay more homey, the kitchen fulfills all your cooking needs; complete with dishes, glasses, cook wear, utensils, and more
• A Keurig coffee maker is sure to make it easier to wake up on those lazy mornings
• An island located in the center of the kitchen is perfect for entertaining or to grab a quick bite to eat with 2 stools to make it easy
• The kitchen table is located in a sunny rotunda area and perfectly seats 8 people

Living Room
• Situated next to the kitchen, is a spacious area to relax, read, and watch your favorite movie on a 55” flat screen smart TV
• A leather couch and two leather recliners make relaxing easy
• A cocktail table holds games and cards for those rainy days
• Also available is WI-FI access

Deck
• Located directly off the kitchen is a spacious covered deck
• The surrounding area is secluded, with the deck overlooking the serene river that flows into the Abbey Harbor
• Deck has a granite table that seats 8 people
• A Weber gas grill makes it easy to barbecue
• Gate on deck allows for easy access to back lawn for yard activities

Utility Room
• Furnished with a utility sink and full size washer and dryer

Our condo is located in a premium location; which is walking distance to Abbey Harbor and across the street from the private and gated Abbey Ridge pool. We include 6 beach passes for use at the Fontana Beach during your stay. Come relax by the lake!

Awesome condo

We stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Lake Geneva to see Jimmy Buffett at Alpine Valley - great location and awesome community pool across the street . Condo had everything we needed including a very nice grill on the wonderful large deck - we highly recommend staying here if you are in the Lake Geneva area

Great Property

We had a great stay! This property is in a cute neighborhood with very close access to a pool which was perfect for the kids. We loved the back porch which looks out to a pond and is quiet and peaceful. Very clean and well kept home! We would definitely stay here again.

Abbey Ridge Condo

Perfect location on the quiet side of Lake Geneva! Park the car and leave it! Walk to the pool, beach, bars, restaurants and marina! Condo is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need to prepare meals if staying in and snacks for day trips. Very nice grocery in Walworth that has everything you need or forgot to bring.

Quiet and relaxing, and yet close to the many Fontana and Lake Geneva activities

We had a great family vacation. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck while watching the ducks and birds in the creek. We swam in the condo association’s heated pool, walked to nearby coffee and ice cream places, walked along the path that goes around the lake, swam in the lake, bought fresh corn and vegetables from a nearby farmer’s market, and went on a boat ride. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a marina nearby. Bill’s condo is a great place to stay to enjoy Fontana and Lake Geneva.

Lake Getaway

We arrived at the unit and were able to checkin conveniently without any problems. The condo is well stocked with linens, cookware, dishes, and pillows. We enjoyed a lovely covered porch that looks over a pretty creek equipped with a grill . I had 5 teenagers with me and they enjoyed time at the pool which was beautiful with plenty of seating. We had a couple of questions and the owner was available immediately. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!

Lake Getaway

The condo was wonderfully laid out for our family vacation (4 adults/2 kids). Pool is located across the street, marina is within walking distance & the beach/restaurants are a short drive away. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at the lake!

Our stay in Bill’s townhome was PERFECT~~just what our family needed!! My husband, his caregiver & myself spent the week while family & friends came for the day here & there~~his place is beautiful clean spacious & in a great location!! We had everything we needed💕. Instructions for TV, check in/check out, etc were easily understood thanks to the binder of info. Communication was great too!! The back deck overlooking a little river is amazing~even in the rain. And the colors were gorgeous this time of year!!! Cannot wait to rent again in the summer & bring our girls☀️Thank you Bill for EVERYTHING~~hopefully we left your home as was & in great condition~~~c u again soon! Kristin & Joe

Great Holiday Weekend

Very clean, warm inviting home with a huge deck in the back that overlooks the creek. Such a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the weekend with your family! Every morning you could hear the birds chirping & the sounds of the leaf's blowing in the wind. If wanted entertainment & restaurants, Lake Geneva has it all! This is a 5 star home that I would definitely return to again and again!
