Welcome to 2 Turtle Bay on beautiful Folly Beach! This townhome will be a repeat family destination for years to come. Turtle Bay is within walking distance of Center Street and all that Folly has to offer. Turtle Bay also includes community pool and dock for guest enjoyment. Turtle Bay 2 has beachy décor and furnishings as well as all of the amenities you would expect in a high-end townhome.

Upon entering the property you will notice the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the first floor of the townhome. The first floor features an open floor plan with living and kitchen area as well as one of the bedrooms. Kitchen includes granite countertops and all of the kitchen gadgets even the most discerning family chef would expect. Living area includes flat-screen Smart TV and plenty of seating for family movie night. Moving through the living area provides access to the screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee and a relaxing cocktail after a long day in the sun. Bedroom on first floor features queen bed. There is a full bath with combo shower/tub located between the bedroom and kitchen area.

Upstairs features the remaining two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king bed and private balcony offering peaks of the Folly River. The master suite includes walk-in shower, full size tub and large walk-in closet, and two large fold out relaxation chairs. Master also has flat-screen Smart TV. The final bedroom is perfect for the kids and features 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV with DVD player and attached full bath with shower/tub combo.

Parking is available in the garage and carport for up to 2 standard sized vehicles. Additional vehicles will need to find off-street parking nearby the Turtle Bay complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Townhome includes all of the modern conveniences you would expect, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV's (no cable). A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Property is strictly non-smoking and not pet friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please contact us with any additional questions, or if you would like assistance booking. Great condo. Loved how close it was to folly beach Main Street. Definitely walkable even with small kids. Condo was in great shape, has everything you need. Slightly outdated with wear and tear but besides that it was absolutely perfect and would very quickly stay here again.

Family beach weekend

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay. A few blocks from Center Street and the beach, this property is perfect to enjoy the waters on the marsh side and still be close to everything that Folly has to offer, without having to use the car.

Could Have Been Better

This place is not good for those with mobility issues. Tons of steps to manage. We arrived Sunday evening and were met with roaches. We immediately called the contact number provided and were told they would take the message but the office didn’t open until Monday morning. We repacked our things and went and stayed in a hotel. The next morning after speaking with Greg the manager, he met us at the property along with the pest service. They sprayed but as we were leaving this morning (following Saturday) we saw more and killed them.We also had to have housekeeping come back out because there was pet hair on the furniture, although no pets are allowed and the upstairs bathroom drain was full of hair. Yuck!! The kitchen counter had leftover coffee stains from previous visits and wasn’t removed even after I sent pictures.We couldn’t control the temperature inside. I slept in the downstairs bedroom in my jacket, nightgown, leggings and socks, all the while covered by sheets, blankets, and towels. The whole place needs a good going over for maintenance and cleaning. The sliding door doesn’t lock although they brought us a dowel to use, the second bedroom upstairs door doesn’t lock, kitchen counter still dirty, etc.The amenities lists a water view but our view was of the junk in the next yard over and a parking lot. Greg was helpful and did his best but managing several locations is more than one person can do.

First time to Folly Beach

My girlfriend and I needed a weekend away and wanted to check out Charleston, SC. Folly beach popped up and we jumped at it. Girls weekend, no spouses, children, pets… this property was perfect! The pool was great, short drive to the beach, the restaurants/bars, did not disappoint. It’s not too far from the city, we went on a ghost/historical tour and the shopping was amazing. Contacting our host was extremely easy, and helpful. We will definitely return sometime in the future!

we enjoyed the vibe at Folly Beach the rental itself was nice. When we were there a lot of activity/noise from the house/ businesses behind the rental. Good idea to rent golf cart so quicker access to beach, restaurants. Enjoyed access to the small pool and saw beautiful sunsets on pier.

Lots of space, nicely decorated and easy walk to the beach!

Really enjoyed the property. The unit is very spacious for 5 adults and complex was very quiet. The pool is very small but the pier was a great place to chill early in the morning with a good book and cup of coffee. Biggest benefit of the stay was it is a short walk to the beach so no need to fight for a parking space.

GREAT LOCATION

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Folly Beach bars and restaurants. Very easy drive into downtown Charleston. Well stocked kitchen including salt and pepper, spices etc. Also plenty of beach equipment in garage. Looks exactly as photos - master bedroom is beautiful!

The property is clean and well stocked. There is plenty of room for a family or several couples. It is close to folly beach and many restaurants. The property management company is attentive and prompt. They are very polite and helpful.
