THE BREAK is a four-bedroom, three-bath beach retreat that sleeps eight, tucked just off Center Street in the middle of everything Folly Beach. Bright and breezy from front to back, it carries the relaxed, just-renovated coastal feel you want only a few blocks from the sand.



Out back, a fenced, palm-shaded courtyard surrounds a saltwater pool (warmed on request), finished with bubbling deck jets, a travertine sun deck, loungers and a shaded dining table made for long lunches and slow afternoons.



The ocean is two blocks away and the Folly Beach Pier is a short stroll down the shore. Center Street’s coffee shops, beachwear boutiques and easygoing bars sit just outside the door — start the morning at Center Street Coffee, work through fish tacos and margaritas at Taco Boy, and catch live music at The Washout once the sun drops.



The Space:

Designed for easy beach living, The Break offers bright, comfortable gathering spaces indoors and out, making it easy to settle into vacation mode the moment you arrive.



The main living area features an open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV for movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. Just off the living space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking at home, morning coffee, or happy hour snacks before dinner on the town.



Step outside to your private courtyard retreat complete with a heated saltwater plunge pool — the perfect spot to cool off after the beach or unwind in the evenings with family and friends.

Guests will have full private access to the home, courtyard, and heated plunge pool. Self check-in with a digital keypad makes arrival easy and convenient, whether you’re checking in after a beach day or arriving late in the evening.



The Neighborhood:

Located just off Center Street, you’ll be within walking distance of some of Folly Beach’s most popular restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, and surf shops. Grab breakfast at Lost Dog Café, tacos and margaritas at Taco Boy, or late-night snacks from Bert’s Market — all without needing to drive.



The beach and Folly Beach Pier are only a short walk away, giving you easy access to surfing, fishing, sunsets, and long beach days on the sand.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of staying here is how walkable everything is. Most guests park upon arrival and explore Folly Beach on foot or by bike throughout their stay. Downtown Charleston is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car for day trips, shopping, and historic sightseeing.
