This studio is a great option for 1 or 2 people wanting to visit Folly Beach, and have a little more solitude than a hotel provides.

Located 1 block from the beach, and one block from Center Street - the heart of downtown Folly - the unit features a queen bed, a HD flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player and unlimited streaming movies via Netflix, a convenience fridge, microwave & coffeemaker and access to an outdoor communal grill and gas fire pit.

All linens are provided.

While the process of reserving, checking in, and checking out was very easy, I have second thoughts of renting it again. The price was not horrible, but it needs some major repair and remodeling. The bathroom needs serious attention soon (the tub feels like it’s going to fall through the floor). While it seemed clean overall, it had a dirty feel due to the cracks, paint, lights that don’t work, and humidity that made the floor seem wet. The A/C was difficult to work, and the TV remote had one battery so there was no volume adjustment. We didn’t get more because we were too busy with other things on our trip, to remember things like batteries, etc. The location from the beach and restaurants was great, and we were thankful to have easy parking.

Location & Communication deserve 10 STARS !!!

This studio is perfect and all you need for a week of R&R!! Bert's Market is in the same building as the studio, has everything you need (including the BEST huevos rancheros), and the friendliest employees. There was a small water leak emergency. The host Julia replied right away told us to go out & enjoy dinner on her :) We will definitely stay here again!!

Comfortable and convenient

Perfect place for me and my mom to stay for a long weekend. We could walk to the beach and restaurants/shops and it’s right behind Bert’s market. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs or a fan to dampen neighbor noise. I’ll stay here again.

Cozy room, incredible location

Location couldnt have been any better if u r looking to chill and get good food. 2 minute walk to beach. Less than 20 steps to live music at Chico Feo. 2 minute walk to 10 awrsome restaurents. Great hosts who communicated woth us any time if we needed anything. Room, is just that, it is a room, but with large vathroom and comfortable bed. We will be back!

Great place to stay on Folly if you are in Charleston for a couple days. Right near the beach and Omar and Julia are highly responsive to any questions/issues. Highly recommend!

Mini beach bungalow

Beachy little getaway was fantastic. This studio is tiny but I stayed almost 2 weeks with my dog and fit everything i needed in there if not more. Location is right behind the best little grungy (in a good way) grocery store. I never had to get into my car unless i wanted to. It is in a building with other units so there is some noise, similar to shared walls at hotels but I will most likely be going back for another visit since i plan to visit the area often.

Studio rental in Folly Beach

Very convenient location. Hosts wre reponsive. Berts was great to have nearby. Had everything we needed and then some. Fresh free coffee 24/7. Beach was closer than imaginied.

This is our 4th time staying at this location. We love this location bc it’s connected to Bert’s and beside Chico feo + walking distance to center st. We come to folly beach several times/year..

Great location

Although we had some issues getting in, the place was a perfect little getaway for my husbands birthday. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. It might be helpful to have a map of the local hangouts and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Folly Beach

Location is good for easy access to the beach, Bert's market and Center Street. The studio apartment was a bit small but functional. Unfortunately we had noisy tenants living above us who stayed up late playing music .
