Property was great, a bit rustic, a bit worn, very comfortable. Internet was out all week and the property manager or owner or did nothing to help. Communication was poor, they brought a hotspot that didn’t work, and acknowledged it didn’t work. New owner and/ or owners son, whoever was supposed to contact Xfinity, was not responsive and them property manager essentially blamed them. Our son was working off/on during the day and struggled with getting online, and we wanted to stream some shows at night, so mid week the property manager offered to discount the stay. I declined and asked to just get it taken care of, but they stopped responding to text messages and would not call me. So at the end of the stay I asked for consideration of a discount and radio silent. Most disappointed in the service. Beware. Would NOT rent this place.

Lay out of house was perfect for our family. However, we spent 60 per cent of our vacation waiting in the house for repair people. No wi-fi, no internet, no xfinity for the whole week. It was never repaired. No air conditioning in half the house from Saturday through Wednesday.Misrepresentation of ice machine that did not work.

Spring time

Lovely and spacious home to spend a weekend. We loved being able to walk straight onto the beach and enjoy the comforts of home. I will certainly rent this home again in the future.

3 Night Stay

Overall we had a good experience staying at Summertime. Issues from our arrival include ALL TV's nonfunctioning!! A few nonfunctioning outlets in the bedrooms, also burned out light bulbs. Called Vacasa, had to wait till next day to get issues taken care of, that was quite irritating. A few minor housekeeping issues, nothing to get upset about, but surprising considering what we paid to rent this property. Not sure I would recommend to friends/family.

Great for couples.

Having 4 bedrooms with baths attached was amazing. Also the half bath was very convenient. Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning was the best. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

2nd time staying!

This is our second year staying here and it was perfect! Just as it was a year ago. We love watching the ocean all day and my husband and daughter were able to surf. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Best house on the island!

From the moment we walked it, we were amazed, the breathtaking view of the ocean greets your eyes as you step in, then you see the high end features of a wonderful custom kitchen. Every bedroom has its own personal bathroom, there is still a half bath for visiting guests and such. The ocean is just a couple steps off the deck which makes it nice to get right to the beach and enjoy the island. Center of town is a couple quick blocks walk to get there, where you can find great food, friendly locals, and the pier. We will be back and this house raised the bar for what we are looking for. The management team was very responsive and quick to respond to questions as well.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This beach house went beyond our expectations with a beautiful view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The layout was excellent for family time with lots of extras including a gathering room and sitting nooks for quiet time. It was obvious the property has been updated.

Perfect Beach House

Summertime is a roomy beach house with great views of the ocean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Plenty of room for meals and hanging out as a family. Convenient location and short walk to restaurants etc.

Girls' Weekend

First off, the view is spectacular and the location cannot be beat! We walked to town several times and enjoyed visiting Bert's Market which was very close. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had their own bathroom. We were able to congregate comfortably in the kitchen and in the living room. We would definitely return!!!

Just wonderful-could have had nicer weather

Had a wonderful time. The inside of the house was so nice-room for everyone and so pretty. The outside needs some work. the railing going to the beach was wobbly. The deck is in need of a nice stain. I would definitely go back.

As Advertised..........great views and floor plan

Really nice property in a convenient location.......great views! Layout of the home is awesome....ideal for multiple groups. Some minor deferred maintenance in a few areas but nothing that stopped us from having a great time!

Great Beach House on the Beach!

We are a group of 6 women, we loved the house. Amazing views, just a few steps from beach, great deck, lots of space for cooking and lounging. Beds however were very hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend new mattresses and pillows, otherwise a terrific house.
