Home has spacious screened in porch for outdoor living options. The property is located on the ground floor of duplex allowing easy access with no stairs. The owners turned this classic Folly cottage into a quaint rental destination.

The open floor plan includes flat-screen TV, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen has updated appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with the necessities to cook and serve family meals.

The bedrooms all have new bedding and high-end linens. Two of the bedrooms encompass a queen bed while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed setup. The shared bathroom has just been remodeled and has a lovely tile walk-in shower. Home is only a 3-5 minute to the beach and to Center Street where you can experience all that Folly has to offer.

Changes In Attitudes has WIFI and flat-screen TV's in the bedrooms with cable. Gas grill is provided for grilling options. No dishwasher or washer/dryer in property. Home is strictly non-smoking. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
