  • One of Folly's Best! This cute 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment is located downstairs of the owner's private residence. There is a separate entrance and you have plenty of privacy. This cozy cottage will have you feeling right at home. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the cookware you need to fix a delicious meal. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have full size beds. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A shared laundry room is also available for your use. There is great outdoor space surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and a pool which is shared only with the couple who owns the home. Yes, there is a pool for you to enjoy while vacationing on Folly; a rare commodity on the island! The pool is closed from September to April. There is a charcoal grill and outdoor dining table right by the pool. There is an additional full bathroom by the pool so you do not have to worry about tracking water into the apartment. There is one private parking space for your use during your stay. Grill use: charcoal and cleaning responsibility of the guest. No early check ins or late check outs are allowed at this property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental: LIC035404. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Location

Very enjoyable stay with beach and food/drink venues in easy walking distance. It was also nice to sit on property around pool and hear the birds and breathe salt air.

Fabulous Family Stay

We had a wonderful family stay at Folly Beach. The location was perfect, close to the fun of Center St and just a couple of blocks from the beach. The pool made for a great spot for the family to relax and we had a couple of very nice chats with Greg. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Good times!

Great place to stay very convenient to the beach and all the shops and restaurants, pool was great to come relax in after the waves convenient bath house next to pool! Highly recommended this place to stay! Now My thoughts on folly is its more for couples and single people, not so much for kids alot of the town has the bar/pub atmosphere, not a whole lot for the kids but beach was nice not too crowded, overall we had a great trip!

Amazing stay!

This cottage was perfect for our family of four. It is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. The kids had a blast in the pool and the host was a joy to speak with. We highly recommend it and will try to return here for our next trip to Folly Beach!

The floors were dirty. The house smelled, as if it had been closed up for some time. The decor was great but the floor sloped significantly in kitchen/dining error. Some of the appliances were unclean. The ad said it was a 3 bedroom & 2 bath home. It was a very small 3 bedroom & ONE indoor bathroom & an outside communal bathroom. I find that to be false advertising. The lady that came by & brought gjft was super nice & unexpected. Lastly, the furnishings, especially the recliner (old & broken) were worn & not up to par. Our trip wasn't effected by these items but needed to be noted.

Peaceful but close to everything

Very pretty setting with relaxing atmosphere. Didn't want for anything. Walking distance to stores, beach and Center St with all the restaurants and bars. Great location.

Wonderful Property

Loved our stay in Folly at this fabulous property that was 3 blocks from the ocean as well as has a pool. Very clean and was great for our adult family of five. The owners live upstairs and are friendly but not intrusive. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits to Folly!

Girls weekend getaway

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The pool looks inviting but not in February.

Great location and property. Ample room for all. One full bathroom inside was hectic for four adults since the outside pool house bathroom was not working. All and all everything went well. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and close to everything!

The house is just as described. You have to go to the back to come in rather than entering from the address side, which was funny! We found everything to be delightfully clean and even met the owners upstairs, who were fabulous. I highly recommend!

Great location close to beach and other amenities

This cottage was a great spot for our trip. It was comfortable and having a pool was awesome. It was close to the beach, 2 blocks, and several restaurants and a small market. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue was the address which is 316 East Cooper but the door opens onto East Erie. Our Ubers picked up and dropped off on Erie Ave.

Our Folly Stay

The kitchen was fully equipped with a nice charcoal grill to cook for my family, affordable, and has a great location, the master bedroom mini blinds do not close well and need replacing, and the cottage needs a dehumidifier because it remains humid, in addition to this we found two live roaches, consider regular pest control visits

Great location, but needs updating

We enjoyed our stay, but furnishings and decor were very outdated. The second bathroom was located in a separate building (pool area), which was fine, but the air conditioning in that building did not work effectively. The main house had very low ceilings, and my husband had to duck under the ceiling fans. The pool area was cleanly and very nice. This house is a prime location and a good walking distance to downtown strip and beach.
