Located on the second floor of Pavilion Watch, this charming condo is just a 2-minute walk from the sandy shores, vibrant Center Street, and the iconic Folly Beach Pier. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area provides a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The living room seats five comfortably and is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that also offer stunning beach views.

Great Beach Getaway Condo

We did a 65th birthday year girls getaway trip to Folly. The condo was a perfect size for the 3 of us...lots of privacy for each of us and lots of room to hang out, cook and relax. Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a morning favorite. Powerwalks down Arctic Ave to the end of the street and back followed. Beach time all day, with the convenience of chair and umbrella rentals across the street-plus the convenience of a 2-3 minute walk to the beach was ideal! Walked to dinner each night-ice cream afterwards. It is just a quick ride to Charleston for a day of sight seeing - the condo did not disappoint...recommend highly...hope to come back again!

Ideal location

Condo was spacious and ideally situated with a few of the ocean from the balcony and easy strolling distance to the beach and the downtown area for dining and shopping. The condo had clearly been cleaned when we arrived but the rugs throughout need a good deep clean or replacement (large dark dirt spots/stains). Some updates would make this place shine (e.g., bathroom off the full bedroom is very worn).

Post Wedding Decompression

Great place to relax after a fun but hectic wedding in Charleston for our son and his beautiful bride! Very enjoyable venue and nice view of the ocean. Close and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Beach access right across the road and only regret was not staying longer!

Stay at Folly

We enjoy coming to Folly Beach and staying at Pavilion Watch. One suggestion I would add. It would be nice if you put a divider up between the condos so the noise and smoke from the other renters could be avoided.

Great Location / Great Property!!

The property was amazing. All of the rooms were very roomy!! We truly enjoyed having the Beach across the street and area restaurants and bars right near us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted instead of having to drive. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and in the evenings. Love, Love, Love this place and we will definitely be back to stay again!!

Almost perfect

Great condo, great location. However, we were not able to fully enjoy our balcony due to neighbors in adjacent building balcony (which you can see in photos) were heavy smokers and someone or multiple people was constantly on their balcony smoking which drifted to us. I inquired about smoking policy with Dunes and found smoking is permitted on balconies. Frustrating.

The property is clean and in short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Upon arrival we had a toilet that was not filling. The property manager responded quickly and a plumber came out and made the repair. The issue was resolved very quickly and with no disruption to our vacation. Highly recommend.

This location is with in walking distance of everything. This was our first time at Folly Beach and would recommend this location to anyone. Easy access, great location and across the street from the beach.
