  • Have fun watching Folly go by from the large private balcony; settle in with a drink on the cozy outdoor sofa and enjoy the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”

    Inside each apartment you'll find luxurious furnishings, including a comfy leather queen size pull out sofa for added sleeping space, a flat screen TV and cool vintage artwork to play up our hipster vibe. The open floor plan invites use of the well equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, all new appliances and generous granite counter space, uniting the banquette and living area to make preparing meals and dining in enjoyable. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Both bedrooms have a king sized bed with quality linens, bedside furniture with adequate reading light, a flat-screen TV and custom furniture cabinetry.
    Outside, the live oaks and magnolias shade the back parking area reserved for you to park one vehicle. You'll be just a short walk away from Folly River Park and Folly Pier, where you can fish, crab, catch a meal or shag-dance with locals. Each apartment has a beach cart and two chairs available to use when you're ready to head to the beach.

    We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

    PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is not an elevator. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

Our stay here was fantastic! Easy check-in instructions and excellent, quick communication with the host. The location is perfect! We walked everywhere while in Folly Beach due to the great location of the place. It was big, comfortable, clean, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Trip and this place made it much better!

Property was very accommodating and we found ourselves sitting out on the balcony every morning and night to chat, eat, or play games! Everything worked amazingly and this was our second time staying here, hoping to keep up a new traditional of coming back every year!

What are the best tips ever to Folly Beach? This condo is so comfortable and so close to everything. The area is great so convenient huge deck off the back of the property. There’s a bar downstairs. It’s a very chill very comfortable bar that has food. The condo is spacious. The TV is easy to operate and the beach is just three blocks away. You can’t stay at a better place!

Fantastic location

We loved having the low life bar under us! We have been coming to folly for years. That place has amazing food. We loved how close it was to center street. This place is super well thought out with all the little details.

Girls trip

We had a great time at Folly. The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The condo is in a perfect location, We were able to walk every where we wanted to go. They supplied a cart with beach chairs as well. This made the trip perfect!

Great Unit

Great unit, great location, clean and up to date. Bed was super comfy. Favorite thing was the porch! Only suggestion would be to add a cooler and a couple of beach cups for guests that fly in. The beach chairs and cart were greatly appreciated. Will be back for sure. Forever Salty!

Little hidden gem in middle of everything..

This place was amazing. It was me and my 3 boys (7,8,9). The place was roomy and had everything you could need. Eventhough it was in the middle of town and on top of a bar/restaurant it was plenty quiet for my kids to go to sleep during the active evening life. But I could sit out on the balcony and listen to the music. We loved it. I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect it was. Thank you for sharing your place.

Spacious

My husband, myself, my four children aging from 12-22 stayed here for 3 days on our way home from Florida. It had everything we needed and was very spacious! It even came with beach chairs and a cart! Brittany was great with directions/communication for checking in/out. It was so easy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you! The only thing I would say, is it has a restaurant/bar on the ground floor and one across the street. If you like a quiet evening, or have very small babies, it might not be the best place. Although, after we came in from the balcony and had the tv on, you didnt hear much noise.

Great stay with family

Beautiful condo on the 3rd floor. Very clean and spacious for a two bedroom one bath unit. The decor was very nice as well. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of other amenities. Front patio was very spacious and well furnished. Pet friendly. Would have been nice to have central air as the entire space was cooled with a Mitsubishi wall unit and we had to keep our bedroom doors open. Also the front patio door was difficult to lock/unlock. Finally did not realize it was on the 3rd floor and it was a bit difficult to get our small children up the stairs. Overall good stay and would come back!!

The best stay of MY LIFE!

This property was EVERYTHING the reviews said it was and MORE! Everything we could have needed was provided in the apartment. The location was better than if I had been right on the ocean, anything I needed was just a fun walk away. From the private balcony I could hear all the sounds of Folly at night. As if they were beconing me to follow the sounds. We rented a golf cart for 2 days, (which was more expensive than I anticipated), but totally worth it because it allowed us to see the entire island. I took pictures of the sunset from the Folly Park beach that I could easily blow up and frame. Beautiful! The beds in the apartment were king size and even though I have back problems and normally wake up with my back aching, I had NO pain at all ANY of the mornings I woke up there. Other than originally parking in the wrong lot due to the provided parking map being a little confusing, we had the PERFECT stay there. I would DEFINITELY book this apartment again!

Hudson Building 106 Apartment C

This property could not have been more perfect for my 16 year old daughter and myself to stay in for Spring Break. It is in a great location close to lots of good restaurants... Rita's Cafe, the Lost Dog Cafe, Black Magic Cafe', the Low Life down below has great food and the Toni Basil drink I highly recommend. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere any cleaner than this apartment, it was literally spotless. The decor is so cute, beds are comfortable, the shower is great, plenty of towels for your stay......a bit more of a walk to the beach than I cared for and trying to get those beach chairs on the cart down the stairwells would be nearly impossible. It is nice however to provide those things and have that option. Loved all the fans to keep us cool and noise was not a problem whatsoever. Lots of construction going on all around the apartment, got blocked in by them and they were in our loading spot when we got there, just part of it I suppose and no fault of Brittany the owner. The balcony across the front of this apartment is awesome for people watching or just getting some fresh air. Loved the clean, nice Circle K next door for snacks, coffee, drinks, etc. The trip in to Charleston was very quick from there and we felt very safe the entire time...overall I give this place a 10 aside from loading and unloading the car and the parking situation being very tight and across the street. Would certainly consider coming back and staying again.

Nice place, close to all the restaurants

The pictures in the listings are not of the exact unit. So, the actual unit is the top level, closest to the gas station side of the building. Everything inside is a mirror image of the photos shown. Everything was very clean, and well stocked. Very close to all of the restaurants in the area. You can walk to all of them.
