Oceanfront Corner Condo w/Beautiful Views~Folly Beach Suites 3A

One of Folly's Best! This 1 bed 1 bath corner condo sits on the third floor of the elevated complex just steps away from the Folly Beach Pier. Sitting less than a block from Center Street, you are sure to be within walking distance of all the live music, food, and shopping your heart could desire and still enjoy your own boardwalk to the sand and outdoor shower when you return. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units.

This unit comes with 1 designated parking spot and a shared laundry room. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will find a king-size bed in the bedroom and if you need to accommodate children or guests, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size sleeper. The property is equipped with 5G high-speed internet. The renovated bathroom has luxury features including a new shower panel with 6 different settings and a Bluetooth exhaust fan that doubles as a speaker for your music. Please note the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and the balcony is non-private. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible.

Folly Beach Suites 3A allows up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC003764. Because of the potential for fraud, we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay! Truly ideal spot - we couldn’t have been happier. The bed was very comfortable (so important!) Bathroom and especially shower were very spacious. We loved being in the corner apartment to get windows on the side of the building, and it also felt very private with no one passing in front of our unit. We will be back!

Clean and comfortable. Liked that there was a washer and dryer, although the dryer worked when it wanted to work. Gets over heated and you have to wait until it cools down to start it again. Beautiful sunrise!

Great trip!

Fabulous location on the beach. Descriptions are very accurate and close to everything downtown Folly Beach has to offer. The suite was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach. The location was perfect for beach access and walking to local restaurants and the pier. Be aware of the number of steps you will need to go up and down multiple times a day. We were on the third floor which is actually four flights of stairs. The only complaint was that the wifi kept going out during our stay.

Spring break

Perfect corner top floor apartment. On the beach! Be prepared for stairs but literally feet from to the beach and views for days. Well equipped kitchen and quick response from host. We loved it. It’s very close to nighttime happenings but not too noisy on top floor.

Amazing view

The view was worth the climb. The porch was a great place to see the entire beach and we were only a couple blocks to all the shops and restaurants. comfortable bed and furniture and well equipped kitchen.

Nice stay at Folly

It was clean, had parking, and nice views... tho we had to climb 3 sets of stairs to go to them. But pretty straightforward getting in and out. A little crowded on the beach during the day, but lovely late-night. Beach was getting "replenished" so it was a little blocked off nearby.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful with a great location. Interior was super clean and we enjoyed the large corner porch. Within walking distance to everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great stay

Great stay at 3A. The only complaint is that it’s 48 steps and 48 steps down. I closed my Apple rings on my watch everyday. The condo itself was wonderful and the view was amazing. But those stairs were a lot especially for those of us with bad knees and having to go up and down to take the dog out. Wish there was an elevator.

Great view of ocean

Stayed the last week of October. Weather was perfect. Ocean view incredible especially from this end unit. Only complaint is the clothes dryer did not work , but there was plenty of breeze to dry items on the deck. Neighbors were great. Folly beach is the most laid back city I have ever visited.
