  • Our beach house is not only perfect walking distance to the beach and Center St, but it’s full of high end furnishings, appliances and offers two amazing porches!

    This fantastic house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 1 half bath, with ample sleeping options with a King, two Full beds, one Queen size bed and two couches. Bathrooms boast gorgeous custom showers & large vanities for everyone to get ready for a night out in Folly. The fully furnished kitchen and living space is a nice open floor plan. Comfy couches and chairs around the large flatscreen TV. Kitchen is stylish with new quartz countertops and a huge island in the middle for cooking and conversation. New stainless steel fridge, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Unwind on the porch swing with your morning coffee or happy hour on side deck with a picnic table, four cushioned chairs and a smart TV. You and your group will absolutely LOVE this space!! We also added a little bonus with a new JBL bluetooth speaker to set the mood during your stay.

    There are parking spaces for four (4) vehicles and a golf cart, if you`d like to bring one or rent one on the island. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels during your stay.

    * Our guests also receive a complimentary bottle of wine or a mix pack of local craft beer. Please let us know your preference at booking! :) *

    Your host will be available by message or phone anytime during your stay, then in person for any emergencies

    You can walk anywhere on the island from this house, but if you`d like to explore other areas of Charleston, you may want to rent a vehicle. Uber & Lyft are also here, but it`s not always a guarantee.
    - Guests must be 25 or older to book, upload a valid ID and working phone number on the account.
    - NO parties, events, or amplified outdoor music.
    - NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANY SUBSTANCES INSIDE of the house. You will be charged an extra $500 & your rating will be negatively effected.
    - Quiet time outdoors is from 11pm-7am daily.
    - NO Pets and NO exceptions UNLESS it`s an assistant/therapy dog WITH official documentation. Please contact the host before booking to discuss.
    - Guests will have basic check out instructions such as clearing out the fridge, taking out their trash and starting the dishwasher.
    - Any heavily stained sheets, washcloths or towels will incur replacement costs. Please let us know ahead of time if their are any accidents.

Clean, cool, quiet. Excellent location- we walked easily to the beach, coming back for forgotten things, etc. Store, restaurants, everything we needed, without a car. Slept well and had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again!

This is such a dreamy spot on Folly! A great open floor plan with screened in porch so it feels super spacious...not to mention an incredible location next to Chico Feo, Bert's, and the beach. It's perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Folly! This property did not disappoint! Clean, very well stocked kitchen, and top of the line appliances made cooking easy. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Just a short walk to the beach and to Center Street! Absolutely loved the screened porch and swing! Sara was easy to deal with and reached out to be certain we had all we needed. Will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful! Gorgeous home with all the amenities we could want. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Folly Beach was perfect. The house was beautiful and was so close to both the beach and downtown area. We enjoyed mornings having coffee on the screened in porch and early evenings on the deck. The house had all the amenities needed for a week long stay. The only complaint although it’s not so much a complaint is that the beach chairs and wagon could be replaced as they are rusty. We used them all week and they did the job.

Folly Beach Break

We had our family vacation at your property and everything was outstanding. Location was great for both the beach and downtown area. If all goes well, we will definitely return to this place!

House was exactly as pictured and in an excellent location. We could easily walk to everything. Loved that beach chairs were provided along with a cooler and beach towels. Great communication with host.

Loved our stay in Folly!

Great house, clean, close to the beach!! Loved my morning coffee either on the deck or my favorite was on the swing in the enclosed porch!! Can’t wait to go back..

Amazing location very clean accommodations

The location was amazing. We could walk to restaurants, the beach and events. House was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Lots of comfortable places to set in the living area. Enjoyed the outdoor porch areas. Definitely a fun place to stay.

Beautiful Property in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at this perfectly located property. Sara (the property manager) was incredible and very responsive to all of our questions leading up to our arrival. The home was exactly as described and was exactly what we were hoping for for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 9, 5 and 10 months old). Would definitely go back again!

This home was perfect for my family of 5! 2 blocks from the beach, a short 5 minute walk to a fishing pier, local bars and restaurants - within walking distance and a local store just around the corner-in case you forget something. Other big chain grocery stores are about a 15 minute drive away and Charleston was only a 25 minute drive! This home was comfy and had just about everything we needed and has a beach/chill vibe! The PROS:Plenty of room, updated appliances, clean, privacy, parking, close to the beach, restaurants, the main strip, not too far from Charleston. Plus the host is AMAZING about communicating or talking with about the area. CONS:The street is busy with cars, golf carts or other people walking (I don’t mind the traffic). Parking is tight-if you park under the house, but other wise has plenty of parking in front of the house.If you like to sleep with multiple pillows, I’d bring an extra! In the end, my family really enjoyed this house for our vacation! If we visit the Charleston area again, this is where we will stay!

We Loved It!

This house was PERFECT for us. It was so comfortable, gave us plenty of room to spread out. The wagon, cooler and beach chairs came in handy on our beach days. You can't beat the location. Close to Bert's and all the stores/restaurants. Hope to come back again some day!

Property itself was excellent. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of paper products.Bathroom amenities were well stocked. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there…never had a beach day or a time to just walk to Center Street. Did not get to enjoy deck or downstairs due to weather.

Beautiful hime

We enjoyed relaxing in the home during our visit to the area. Everything was as advertised. The house was well stocked and clean. We saw all the beach items provided, such as a cooler, beach towels and beach toys but our weather was too cold to make use of the stuff. It was easy walking to shops and restaurants from the house which was the main reason we picked the house.
