On the other side of the living room is a Queen bedroom with a full bathroom directly off of it, equipped with a shower/tub combo. Enjoy your private boardwalk to the River leading to a covered dock with an enclosed dock house. The dock is equipped with electricity, running water refrigerator and fish cleaning station. Under the covered dock you will find a picnic table, the perfect spot to enjoy a light meal. There is also a floating dock and jet dock...just BYOB (BRING YOUR OWN BOAT) At low tide this dock has s solid 3 ft. of water. Cast for red fish, speckled trout and flounder right off the dock. Pull in blue crab and shrimp for a little Low Country Boil. Bring your own boat, kayaks, paddle boards or rent them from local shops to help you explore the surrounding estuaries. Morris Island is just a paddle away and is only accessible by boat.. Watch dolphins as they frolic and play in the River. Take in a exquisite sunset. Observe an Osprey expertly snatch a fish for lunch.
