Newly remodeled 1950's duplex, original oak hardwood floors, 2 large decks, one screened-in porch, updated and modern fully equipt kitchen, comfy beds, access to large deck off each bedroom. Oriental and 100% wool rugs, nothing synthetic used, only natural products used for cleaning. Best lit'l spot on the island to stay! Bring all your people and stay below in Irie on Erie A too!

The rooms are lovely with king beds, Organic mattresses, and one room has a closet. Both have dressers.
We host you with coffee from Dynamite Roasters from Black Mnt, NC, a French press and tea. We do not use disposable coffee makers. Bring if you need it. We have plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels as well as beach chairs!

Guest access
You can use the outdoor shower located downstairs beside your steps (shared w/ Erie A, Fire pit (buy wood from Berts) -- there's a wood splitter & starter wood + a lighter there for you in the woodpile and under Cooper B. Help yourself. Directions for the Solo Stove are in your apartment on the fridge.

We have a VERY sensitive septic system: Nothing other than toilet paper in toilets (NO Tampons, wipes or pads!, NO shoes inside house, NO parties, NO loud music, PLEASE shower sand off outside shower (provided on-site) after beach time, tread lightly upstairs; rhere are guests downstairs, Read garbage disposal rules of what NOT to put down, use buttons to open and lower shades. Thank you!
Park straight in or at a diagonal. Not parallel. Do not park directly in front or Erie A, please.
On Folly: All tires have to be off the road and when parallel parking, park w/ the flow of traffic. They WILL give you a ticket!
