When you want to explore, all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Center Street are within walking distance. Both historic downtown Charleston and James Island County Park are a short drive away.



Enter the home through a private screened porch - perfect for morning coffee or an evening sundowner. Inside, you’ll find coastal blue decor and comfortable furnishings. The chef can use the full kitchen to whip up a meal, or just a snack for the beach. After breakfast, slip into your swimsuit and head for the shore. When you return in the afternoon, use the convenient outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, then grab a rocking chair on the porch for a quick siesta. Entertainment options include WIFi, so it’s easy to stay connected. From boogie boards to beach chairs, sand toys to a shady umbrella—this home comes packed with all the seaside essentials for splashy fun and sandy adventures. Just add sunscreen! Took more than an hour to get into the unit. Finally got ahold of customer service which gave us the proper code for the lock box. Location is great. Literally across the street from the beach. Outdoor shower is lovely. Couch is definitely tiny, as others mentioned. Snug fit for three people and no other comfy seating in house. Mixed response results from manager and often did not have accurate information. For example, it does have beach gear though I was told it did not. Also was given wrong door code and lock box code.

Clean and perfect for what we needed. Great outdoor area for kids to play in and the outdoor shower was great for getting sand off after the beach. Beach chairs and sand toys were also great for family days at the beach. Couldn't get a better location close to the beach

Very clean, great location - super easy to walk to the beach and all the Folly restaurants. I had a problem with the door lock at 9pm on NYE (completely user error on my part) and I was contacted within 5 minutes of reaching out. The issue was resolved, and I was very grateful for the help and prompt responsiveness. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Place was clean. The only bad thing is we were not able to get in the house right away. The code to the door did not work. The host did not respond right away. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia only to find out she could not help us, connected us to Vrbo who also couldn't help because it was booked through Expedia. Just make sure to give a door code that works next time. Super frustrating, but once again, everything else was great.

Great Location

Perfect spot for a quick trip to Folly Beach. Very clean and comfortable. Right across the street bedroom beach access. Beautiful landscaped yard with a screened in porch! Definitely will return for another visit

Every thing was perfect except checkout day when i was still sleeping and the lawn guy was mowing ouside at 8:00 maybe could have waited a bit later!? Other than that had a wonderful time and everyone was so noce! Highly recommend!!

This property is in a fantastic location. We had everything we needed EXCEPT a water/dryer. It is small but directly across the street from beach access. Lots of extras like a hammock, swing and a great screened in porch.

The property was very clean in a great location . Beach access across the street . Circle drive made pulling in and out very easy . Kitchen fully stocked . Beautiful landscaping and great screened in porch . Air conditioning unit in living area rather loud making it difficult to hear the tv . But overall we had a wonderful stay .

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach hut get a way. Easy walk to town to get a bite to eat and directly across the street from the beach . Love that they left us beach chairs etc… to use . We also enjoyed the screened in porch . We had one issue that happened and property manager / owners were right on top of it and handled it immediately . We would definitely return for another stay .

Cozy getaway

I loved the coziness of the place, the beds were super comfortable and the proximity to the beach was only second to staying right on the beach. It was super convenient that there was a shed full of beach gear to use during our visit. I wish I would have known the gear was there for us to use because I wouldn't have stressed out about packing so much. I also loved the front screened-in porch. It was where we spent most of our time when we weren't on the beach.

We loved the location, just a block from the beach. Close to Main Street too. We loved the beach. Communication with the host proved to be a challenge and we probably wouldn’t stay through vacasa again.

The best part of this place was the location to the beach. It was clean and simple. Very expensive for what you get. Some parts of it need work, for example rust in the bathroom and the door handle broke off in our hands, etc. It's simply not what we expected. Otherwise the location was premium!

Not wow but nice

Excellent location, one row back from the beach with access path right across the street. A fairly basic but pleasant place, with amenities as advertised. Outdoor shower fun & useful option, beach gear provided in shed, nice screen porch. Note to light sleepers: fan/heat system is loud; currently some construction going on next door.

Lovely and very clean.

All as described. Beach is just a walk across the street. Liked the cute neighborhood instead of the hotel scene. Liked the screened in porch for relaxing. Had a lovely yard. Rental was very clean, and owners were very friendly and accommodating.
