Welcome to your dream ocean front condo on Folly Beach. These views and the location is unbeatable! This oceanfront condo is located 1 block away from Folly Beach`s vibrant Center Street. On Center Street you find a variety of amazing bars, restaurants, and shops all just 1 block away from your ocean front hangout.
This condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family beach vacation. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast. The living room features an arm chair and sleeper sofa. There is a dining nook as well situated right in front of the window. As you step into the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed, TV, and closet storage. The full bathroom will come supplied with our soaps and fresh towels.

The host was very welcoming but I have to say the place was not in the best condition. The sofa had holes in the cushions and was not very comfortable to sit on. But the view was great and the bed was super comfy. We didn’t notice when booking that there is no elevator up to his third floor unit. Little bit of a hike with suitcases. The town of Folly did not have any non bar food restaurants in case you like us prefer healthier eating.

The apartment, building and surrounding areas were very clean. The neighbors and community were very friendly and respectful. The direct beach access makes the experience unique. The view from the condo's window and balcony is amazing: ocean, sunrises, moon, stars, the pier, water sports and wide open view of the skies. The landlord addressed my questions immediately and the check-in/checkout processes were fairly simple. I highly recommend this rental site!

Walk to everything!!
Great place in an awesome location right in the beach. Walk to great restaurants and the pier.As advertised.I will say no elevator and 3rd floor with suitcases and groceries and dogs was a killer on our old knees!

Close to everything

3rd story with stairs are not for older couple. Bed was very nice, but the couch was so uncomfortable. But all in all a nice clean place in a good location. Reasonable price.

Great views right on the beach!
We had a nice time staying here and easy everything. 5 minute walk to the market, restaurants, and the pier make it super convenient. Would definitely come back!
