Experience Folly Life & Water Views Quiet, Clean, Beach & Downtown Charleston.

Quiet top floor condo nestled between two bridges with spectacular saltwater tidal views located on a friendly neighborhood road. One mile to the Folly Beach and only ten miles to Downtown Charleston.

Unwind after a day at the beach on the outdoor balcony overlooking the water spilling in and out from the ocean. Wake up with a mug of coffee or cup of tea on the balcony birdwatching. Look forward all day to doing it all over again that night, watching the sunset, changing colors between orange, pink and blue. It's like having an everchanging piece of artwork out your back door.
Sleep comfortably with two queen beds and relax in your choice of indoor or outdoor seating.
Bring your bikes (storage area provided upon request) .... there are biking lanes in both directions from the condo. One direction there is a grocery store, the other direction is Folly Beach. Water views and bridges in both directions.
Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals, a fresh seafood market and a seafood restaurant on the water.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, full sized fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. Full size clothes washer and dryer.

Condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable carefree vacation such as cotton sheets, fluffy bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents, wireless internet, air conditioning, beach chairs and beverage cooler are all included.

Free assigned covered parking under the building for up to two cars; no boats allowed. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Condo does NOT have an elevator and has 45 steps or 4 flights to the top floor.

Condo was very clean. Beautiful view of marsh from the porch. There are four flights of stairs and no elevator but I was aware if that when I rented it. The stairs would not deter me from staying there again. It was a quick drive to the restaurants of Folly Beach (6 mins). My only regret was that it was only two nights.

Jennifer was a wonderful host! She was available when I had questions and when my daughter left something behind she was kind enough to have it sent back to us. The property was exactly like advertised, clean and comfortable , close to Folly Beach and Charleston. Would book here again!

The property was a perfect fit for us. The only issue we had was with the AC. The condo would not get below 75 degrees. That is just too hot for this menopausal woman!

Although, looking out at the wetlands, birds, trees, etc. from the balcony was beautiful. When we go away we love to sit on a balcony and admire the beauty. Have our coffee or cocktails. However, we were limited to doing this as one of the neighbors was a VERY heavy cigarette and marijuana smoker which was an absolute turn off. In addition, it was far from quiet. Constant beach traffic going by. The description needs to be changed because not clean and not quiet.In addition to this, I feel better maintenance should be done to the balcony as everything, including the rug on the floor was filthy. A good power washing would work wonders. The wood around the sliding doors was rotting. Only one sliding door opened.Now on to the inside. The inside was nice. Very humid inside though. Air conditioner was locked on 70. I feel if I am paying good money to spend time somewhere, I should be able to regulate it. Vents not clean. Air circulation was poor.2 extra blankets - one in each bedroom - again - need to be cleaned. Smudges of "something" on each blanket. Gross.Our times out on Folly Beach, surrounding areas and Charleston proper were amazing. Great memories made.We have a couple more payments left and am sad that we have to pay for a bit of a disappointment as the pictures are deceiving.

Relaxing stay with amazing views

We had a very nice relaxing stay at Folly. The place was very clean and had amazing views from the large third story porch which opened to the bedroom and the living room. You had views over the water to the east and west which made for great sunrises and sunsets. It has a convenient tuck under parking spot. Since we flew in for our stay, it was also nice that it was equipped beach chairs and a cooler which we utilized on the beach.

Relaxing time in Folly Beach

We arrived Thursday and left Sunday so it was a quick trip but we were able to experience quite a bit in those few days. Folly Beach is a beautiful beach with plenty of room for everyone (no crowding). The Charleston City Market was a great outing for us on Saturday (so much history). Our condo was FABULOUS! Communicating with the Property Manager couldn't have been more seamless. Highly recommend a stay at this property.

Relaxing long weekend

The condo was as described and just right for two of us on a weekend getaway. As a Folly Beach lover, I appreciated the proximity to the beach, and to the good Local seafood restaurants The four flights up with luggage is challenging, but we took our time. The marsh views and sunsets were beautiful. Yes, there’s some traffic noise, but it was easy to tune out. I would stay there again. Host answered all my questions promptly.

Great views of the salt marshes

The photographs of the property don't really do it justice. It's very clean, updated and equipped with everything you need. We did not cook in the kitchen but it looked like everything was there. We really enjoyed looking at the view of the marsh from the deck, watching the tide go in and out and the sea birds. We had only one question about how the door lock worked and it was answered immediately. It was the perfect location for us to go to Folly Beach, Charleston and Sullivan Island; grocery store is about a mile away.

Great location, great stay!

We came there for a 4 day weekend with friends to explore Charleston (my first time there) for my birthday. The place was just outside of folly beach, which was awesome because it was close to all things folly but still not too far from Charleston. Not on the beach, but still had pretty water views, peaceful neighborhood, and loved the balcony seating. Only issue we had was no hot water in the hall bath, but the owner tried to have it fixed, they just couldn’t make it there before we left. Thought the timely communication was great though, and the effort appreciated.

July 4th Stay 2024

The unit is a nice little place to stay. The view from the outdoor porch is fantastic. Great sunsets. We saw a dolphin in the marsh. The kitchen area is small with a few seats. Good enough for 4 people. The toilet in the hall was not working properly as the stopper was not engaging. We made due, but it needs to be fixed properly. The remote in the bedroom did not work. The place is 5 minutes from Folly and 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Great location for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend it!
