Beautiful and charismatic island style home perfectly located just one block from the beach and only a few blocks from Center Street. Bring your family to the beach for some fun in the sun and great eats; or meet your friends here for a Folly hideout and island nightlife. This place is perfectly sized and fully equipped, including features such as: Screened in outdoor porches, propane grill, kitchenware, in-unit laundry, and YouTubeTV in living room. Pet friendly.

There are plenty of outdoor adventures! Surfing at the Washout, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the seasonal markets. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-minute drive to historic tours, harbor walks, carriage rides, world-class dining, theater, boutique shopping, and the South Carolina Aquarium.

Graduation beach getaway !

Three generations stayed and had an amazing stay! Easy access to the beach, stores and to Charleston.Great communication with the host, would stay again and highly recommend.

Thanksgiving at Folly

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nicely decorated with updated features and furniture. We loved the sea glass counter tops. The refrigerator runs loud periodically so that was a little annoying. It’s a quick walk to the pier and restaurants. Seth responded quickly when I messaged him about the entrance code not working and the issue with the refrigerator. We appreciate it being a large dog friendly place. We would stay there again.

Brand new house

We all enjoyed this brand new house, wide open floor plan with awesome sea glass looking countertops throughout. Easy 3 min. walk to the beach, Bert's and just another couple minutes to Main St. We have been visiting Folly for 20 years and will be putting this house rental on the top of our list from now on.

Awesome Time!!

Came down to Folly Beach/Charleston for the 1st time, weather wasn't what we hoped for but made the best of it for sure!! Love the area. The house was amazing, really well done, everything was great. The location was perfect, quick walk to beach, maybe 5min, and proximity to walk to stores and restaurants was excellent. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back in the future.

Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at this new rental - the space was a perfect size for our group (5 adults, 1 child with room to spare). The screen porch with ceiling fans was great for dinners together. Kitchen is spacious with plenty of room for multiple cooks to spread out. All the beds were very comfortable, as was the large couch in the living room. Of course the best part was that we could very quickly walk to the beach, Bert's and restaurants, we didn't move our vehicle from the driveway once we arrived. Highly recommend this new rental!

Darling home soooo close to the beach!!

We came to Folly to celebrate a friend’s birthday in Charleston but wanted to catch some beach time with the kids while there. This home has a location near the beach that can’t be beat! It’s 2 short blocks from the public beach access. No complaining at all from my 2 kids (6 & 8) about the walk with beach stuff since it was so close. Also a short distance to a little market and restaurants. Excellent location overall for walking! The house is brand new so very pretty and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful.This a great home to stay with family or friends!
