Suite B - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach -1 Room

A contemporary, NON-SMOKING studio suite, 1 bedroom for 2 people only, has porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floor in shower and on shower walls. It is fully loaded with all comforts necessary, located right across from the beach access. There is a Laundry Room downstairs, please bring detergent and dryer sheets if you plan to use it.The property is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. It is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area. Here you will enjoy our comfortable couched and chairs, a ping pong table and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear.Lounge chairs are also onsite for relaxing in the sun. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are at your disposal.This suite is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

Everything about our stay stood out! Our hosts were lovely, friendly, and so accommodating. The room and bathroom were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We arrived a few days before New Year’s, and after dropping off my sister and her husband at their (cold) room elsewhere on the island, it was a treat to arrive at our warm and cozy room to find snacks, a coffee maker, and everything else we could want or need. The location was also perfect with a short walk to the beach, Bert’s Market, and downtown. We also had use of a beautifully decorated outdoor deck upstairs as well as the backyard. When Fiorella learned that the heat in my sister’s room on the other side of the island wasn’t working, she bought a small space heater and dropped it off for us to take to her! My sister was renting from someone else who didn’t even offer her a heater!!We will stay here whenever we’re in Folly Beach!

Location, location, location. We parked at check in and did not move our car until check out. Short walking distance to downtown the beach and the world famous Bert's. The property was very nice. Would stay again any time we are visiting Folly.

Fantastic spot right by the beach

This is the second year we’ve stayed here - property is beautiful, convenient to the beach & bars, and is stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks & beach towels. We will return again.

We had everything we could possibly want. The accommodations were lovely. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great. Easy walk to the beach. Great beach chairs and towels. The outdoor shower had warm water for easy comfortable clean up. We would definitely stay there again.

Luxuries at the beach

The apartment was like a high end hotel room where we were able ro relax and get great sleep in the comfortable bed. The owner helped with check in and seems genuinely interested that we have a great time. We have already discussed a return trip and would stay here again!

Private Luxury Hotel Room

The property was stunning and the location was fantastic. The room itself was if we were in a Private Luxury Hotel Room. Arrived and was assisted by the owners with checkin process. Very polite and helpful. The room was very well decorated and comfortable, providing all the little extras you can think of. Large walk in shower with modern rainfall showerhead and gorgeous tile. The outside was immaculate and inviting.

Great little pad for two

This is a room with a king-size bed, two chairs and small table, a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave and some glasses and plates. And flat screen TV. There is a separate bathroom with a beautiful, large shower, toilet and sink. If all you need is a place to crash at night, or briefly during the day, this place is wonderful. It's in the back of the main house, with it's own separate entrance and parking space (you will appreciate that when it's beach season and all the street parking is taken). Easy walk to Bert's (groceries/wine/sandwiches and burgers), and the main street (Center?) with all the restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, and close to the boardwalk (more restaurants/bar). For a weekend trip for two, this is a great choice.

Wonderful Beach Stay

This property is fantastic. It is literally across the street from the beach. The room is modern and very clean. Check-in is super convenient and you have your own off-street parking spot. The location is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants as well. This property is well worth the stay!
