Welcome to Ocean's Eye, an exclusive luxury oceanfront retreat tucked away at the end of West Ashley Avenue beside Folly Beach County Park. This private west-end setting offers direct beach access, a resort-style private pool, six ensuite bedrooms, and a rooftop crow's nest with sweeping 360-degree views from the Atlantic Ocean to the marsh and river. The home accommodates up to 14 guests.

Bright, airy interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, designer finishes, and expansive balconies create an elevated coastal experience throughout the home. Start the morning with coffee on the screened porch, spend the afternoon by the pool or on the beach, and gather for sunset drinks above the island.

The open-concept living area features custom details and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with generous space for cooking, dining, and entertaining.
For the best view in the house, head to the furnished rooftop crow's nest. From here, you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, enjoy the coastal breeze throughout the day, and take in sunset over the marsh and river.
Ocean's Eye offers the perfect balance of upscale relaxation and entertainment. Walk directly to the beach through the home's private beach access, lounge beside the private pool, practice on the putting green, or enjoy foosball, ping pong, and cornhole.
Its location near the end of the island creates a quieter, more secluded experience, while still keeping you within easy reach of Folly Beach restaurants, shops, and historic Charleston.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available from October through April for an additional $50 per day. It must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and added before your stay.
The pool heater thermostat will be set to 84°F. A specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed because outdoor temperatures and weather conditions affect heating performance. Refunds will not be issued if weather conditions prevent pool use.

Contactless check-in is provided through a smart lock. A unique access code will be sent before arrival.

House Rules
No parties, weddings, events, bands, or DJs are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
This is a non-smoking property.
Pets are not permitted. Violations are subject to a $1,500 fine. Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under Titles II and III of the ADA.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Occupancy may not exceed the advertised maximum.

Parking
Parking is available at the property for up to six vehicles.

Payment Policy
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days before arrival.
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival are eligible for a refund less a 5% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments unless the property is successfully re-rented and confirmed at the same rate for the canceled dates.

Noise Policy
Ocean's Eye is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. MyOceanRental is committed to protecting the comfort of our guests, neighbors, and the Folly Beach community.
The property uses NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant smart-home device that measures decibel levels only. It does not listen to or record conversations. If noise exceeds the legal limit, guests may receive a text reminder to reduce the volume.
Folly Beach quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise, unauthorized gatherings, occupancy violations, or disturbances may result in fines of up to $1,500 per day, immediate eviction, and termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
