We welcome families, friends, and business travelers!

House Rules:
- Check-in is at 3 pm, and Check out is at 11 am. *note: After your check-out time your keypad entry code will expire.
-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES.
-No Pets.
-Quiet hours are after 10pm.
-No cooking whatsoever on the rooftop
-Refrain from throwing anything off the balcony and rooftop.
-Children under 12 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult on the balcony and rooftop at all times.
-No more than 12 people on the premises without prior approval.
-Report any damages to us that occur while you are in residence.
-Garage Door shouldn't be open at all.

THINGS TO NOTE
We may require for $500 refundable security deposit for request of small gathering prior to booking. Rest assured that this is refunded 100% if there's no damage to the property after stay.

Very cool house!!

The Bluff House is beautifully decorated and modern! Very conveniently located! Shanna is a great host! there are a couple of unavoidable flights of stairs so if you have bad knees/hips be aware.

Weekend Getaway

We have always enjoyed the Florence/Muscle Shoals area and this house was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The house was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a few modern touches to make a enjoyable weekend. We enjoyed the sound system, luxury shower, and expansive kitchen. The house is near downtown Florence which has some great restaurants and shopping. And had great views of the McFarland Park and the O'Neal Bridge. The house was a tad difficult to find and is on a gravel road. You must climb a flight of stairs to get to the main floor and then another flight for the bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Ideal location and space

What a wonderful space. The layout is so spacious and accommodated all needs for our little vacation. Located conveniently close to downtown Florence, the home is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooftop patio would've been utilized far more had the weather cooperated. I will stay here again!

Convenient and unique with a great view

Had an amazing time staying here. The house was a lot of fun and offered everything we needed. It wasn't far from the places we wanted to go and the rooftop offered a very cool place to sit and hang out. .

Fun in Florence

A fun contemporary comfortable home, with some nice extras like shampoo and laundry starters. Coffee was a nice surprise. Great deck area to just enjoy time outside. Phenomenal whole house Sonos and wifi setup - very well designed. Fun garage turned party room. Close to old town Florence and the river front. Very responsive owner.

The most beautiful hideaway

I have been coming to Florence for 2 year and never knew this place was there. It has dynamic views of the water and the city. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had snacks. I will return ASAP

So grateful!!

Our twin 10-year old boys played in the state tournament this weekend in Florence. We wanted something close to the field (it was only 5 mins), clean, and updated. This place was phenomenal! They made sure to go above and beyond to communicate about the check in and out process, so I never had any questions. The house was clean and AS PICTURED, if not better. It was also centered around nearly everything. I had my groceries delivered to the house upon arrival (third party grocery service) and we ordered food, which always delivered very fast. I’m so particular that I usually pack my own soap, pillows, and even toilet paper. Ha! But this house doesn’t skimp. Everything was extremely nice. I hope that all renters appreciate the property and take care of it. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay again.

Cool modern home

Overall this home was very cool. Very nice amenities including very good wifi, surround sound was cool to have, the roof patio was cool and has an outdoor tv and sound. The owner supplies the house well with supplies including laundry detergent. Location is good, less than a mile from what seemed to be the “main street” with multiple bars and restaurants! The driveway is short but steep so parking could be tricky with multiple vehicles. Only gripe really was having multiple cameras on the roof common area, so we felt like we were being watched the whole time we were hanging out up there. And I don’t smoke but i don’t understand why they are so worried about smoking outside or on the roof. If they are worried about littering from people not throwing their butts away properly then just say that and fine them if butts are found. So if you are a smoker you won’t feel welcome here.
