  • Set on 10 acres of of oak tree peppered hilltop over looking the the Vineyards of Florence. A well stocked 3 BR 2 BA mobile home with all the amenities . Featuring a master bedroom with a XL custom walk in shower . Spacious comfortable living room, uniquely designed additional 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops .. BBQ, smoker , fire pit outdoor seating under a giant 400 yr old oak tree.
    Enjoy the vibe outdoor visiting our friendly farm animals including; horses , Texas Longhorns, chickens and peacocks and loving farm dog.

    Walk to the Vinyard of Florence with tasing room and restaurant. Also close drive to Sun City and the Texas Trooper training facility. Numerous grocery stores and restaurants withiin miles .
    45 min from Austin and Waco, 20 min to Kileen (Fort Hood) and Beautiful Georgetown and Salado.

    Some of the great attractions in the area are , Inner-space Caverns , historic Georgetown square, trail rides , hike and bike trails , Blue Hole swimming area, Round Rock Express baseball, Lake Georgetown, Chip and Joanne’s Magnolia Farms, Salado antique shopping and much more .

    Thursday through Sunday guests we highly recommend Farmers Commons restaurant within walking distance for upscale dining experience. Reservation recommended.

Fantastic property! Bill is a 10/10 host. The property is tucked away several miles from I-35 so it is super quiet and peaceful. The house overlooks a beautiful vineyard and is equipped with a treasure trove of farm animals to watch for your entertainment. The house is furnished well with everything you need for a relaxing laidback vacation. Do yourself a favor and book your stay today!

This beautifully maintained home provided everything we could possibly have needed, and the property offered the quiet country living we desperately craved. There were so many wonderful animals to enjoy, and our host was terrific at communicating! Among many extras included were swings under the huge shade trees, rocking chairs on the porch, a beautiful fire pit, etc. Best of all, our dogs were made to feel just as welcome as my husband and I were! We would love to return!

The house was cozy and perfect for our needs. Close to town and beautiful property. Bonus getting to have all the wildlife in your yard: Peacocks, chickens, horses, donkey and longhorn. Our trip didn’t let us stay in the house much, but beds were great, couches comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Thank you for being a great host, the fresh eggs were grea!, Thank you, Bill!

Excellent host, fenced yard for our dog, kitchen was good, we cooked 3 or 4 meals there. My wife was alone with the dog while we were at class, she had a great time with the donkey, horses, longhorns, chickens and all of the other attractions!

Everything was perfect. The only I wish was that I would have booked for a couple more days and had my grandkids with me. Such a peaceful setting, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings. Everything in yard looks like it should be in a magazine. The owner of the property was as nice as can be.

Bill was a great host! He has a wonderful place. If you want to stay outside of the city I highly recommend his place! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

Perfectly Peaceful

What an amazing experience staying here! No detail left behind, to include stocked kitchen, indoor doggie bed, and farm fresh eggs provided! Bill is a genuine guy and amazing host. The menagerie of animals, on the property, was incredible and made for a bonus experience. Wonderful place to stay!

Bill (William) is a great host and the property, animals and accommodations are extraordinary! We came to the area to visit family and friends and found ourselves sometimes wanting to just hang out here instead, but we couldn’t do that. Maybe next time!
