Room was clean, but very dark.. like hallways and an unwelcoming lobby. Outside property littered with shopping carts and trash. My checking initially was totally unsat, but I was finally accommodated.. there was confusion as to my reservation..when I showed photo of property, I was deemed at the right place! I left hotel this morning, at 0509, and left key in drop.. I’m hoping my account is credited for the’damage’ protection.. if you need further info, let me know!
