The hotel was absolutely fine, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to ameneties and station, only thing I can mention is that the breakfast refill service was slow and the only working guest lift (one already seemed broken)was stuck on 4, we used the staff one which was fine.

A few staff were rude when problems were addressed as if it were the guests fault. Coffee in 3 places not working and when I asked if I can use the one working the waiter got furious with me because he though I was coming in for breakfast after 10 am. God forbid I ask a question. Parking is terrible. ...
