"Nice stay. Quiet and roomy."

"Rude staff person when I checked in. Person who checked me out barely said two words and didn't ask how my stay was. THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING! Hot water in room was warm but not hot. Room was clean and comfortable."

"They allow pets, which is fine, but not in the indoor pool! My granddaughter and great grandson were in the pool when the the people came in with the dog."

"Check in was fast and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. My granddaughter loved the pool. I really liked the hours of the pool. It started opened till midnight. Felt very safe in the area. There is so much around the area. Shopping is great in that area!"

"Room was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was relatively empty so very quiet. Only complaint was way too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool and absolutely no clean towels in the pool area. My kids used the gym and said it was nicely appointed. Breakfast was very good—bacon nice and crispy and the pancake machine was easy to use."

"I was not impressed with so called jetted tub I paid extra for. Room had a horrible strong perfumie smell, we Opened window to air out, still a strong odor 9 hours later made eyes water. There is a wall separating the bed from the couch and chair. Great right? TV is in front of bed unable to see from couch and chair. Dirty or badly stained towels in bathroom. Needless to say I did not enjoy what I had hoped would be a romantic evening with my husband. Bed looked great until we got in it. My...

"The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. "
