"La Rainette" is a lovely and comfortable Provencal house on 4600 m2 of private, fenced land.

It is located 2 km from the center of Flayosc; typical village of Haut Var between sea and mountain.
You will be 1 hour from Saint Tropez, 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 1 hour from Nice and Toulon, and 1h30 from Marseille.
The house faces south, opening onto a 30 m2 terrace with barbecue and 1 8mx4m swimming pool. The ground is sported by holm oaks, decorated with a tennis court and a private pétanque ground.

The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. It consists, on the ground floor, of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160x 200 cm; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a trundle bed with 2 beds of 85 X 190 cm. This room also includes a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, 1 bathroom with a bath and 1 shower.

On the ground floor, 1 living room of 40m2 open onto the terrace with television, fireplace, wifi; 1 fully equipped kitchen dining room of 15 m2 open onto the terrace.

Laundry room with washing machine.

Security deposit upon arrival: 1000 euros. It is used to cover the damage or possible damage observed in the inventory of fixtures. This deposit is returned on the day of departure.

Wir waren im Juli mit 3 Kindern in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus und haben uns glänzend erholt. Highlights sind der sehr schöne Pool, das völlig private Grundstück und der Tennisplatz, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und eine ausführliche Einweisung gegeben. Sie war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage ist nach Verbrauch extra zu bezahlen - nachts ist man dankbar dafür, dass es sie gibt. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung von uns!

Sehr schönes Anwesen für Sportbegeisterte

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Grundstück mit hohem Freizeitwert.Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.Sehr gute Restaurants in nächster Umgebung.Vielleicht sollte man die, doch im Mai erforderlichen zusätzlichen Heizkosten, sofort auf den Mietpreis umlegen, mussten pro Tag zusätzlich 10 bezahlen.

Très bon séjour

Très chouette logement avec piscine, tennis et petanques, il y a de quoi faire :-) La famille s'y est bien plus. Il y a de très beaux villages a voir tout près, dont notamment tourtour.Point d'amélioration possible : les fauteuils et certains lits/matelas pourraient être plus confortable.

Printemps en fleur

Excellent séjour dans une maison propre et bien équipée. Accueil très sympathique, avec renseignements utiles. Grand jardin bien entretenu. Le court de tennis et la piscine ont été très appréciés, aussi que le jeu de pétanque. La région est belle au printemps!

Séjour à 4, en famille à la Toussaint

Très beau logement, calme et reposant. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, le terrain de tennis qui est en super état, le terrain de pétanque qui est très bien aussi. Nous avons pu pratiquer du sport en famille. Nous avons découvert de très beaux chemins de randonnée. Venus à la Toussaint, nous avons eu un temps relativement ensoleillé et 2 jours de pluie intense, provoquant des inondations dans la région. Catherine est une hôte charmante, qui nous a donné des conseils à notre arrivée sur les lieux à visiter, les spécialités, les restos. Hors saison, beaucoup de commerce étaient fermés. Seul bémol dans le logement, le wifi. Ne prévoyait pas du télétravail, le réseau ne le permet pas. Il est assez incertain, surtout à plusieurs. Je recommande cette location, très bien équipée, propre et fidèle aux photos. Merci Catherine de votre accueil 🙏

Alles wunderbar

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in Catherines schönem Ferienhaus verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei durchwachsenem Herbstwetter hatten wir dank Pool, Tennisplatz und großem Gelände keinerlei Langeweile. Catherine hat uns beim Check-in viele nützliche Tipps gegeben, so dass wir in der kurzen Zeit, die wir hatten, ein umfassendes Bild von diesem schönen Teil der Provence machen konnten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Grundstück groß und perfekt mit Hund, da komplett eingezäunt. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal im Sommer wieder.

Séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Catherine qui est nichée en pleine nature. La maison est d'une grande propreté. Le terrain équipé d'une piscine, d'un terrain de pétanque et d'un terrain de tennis permet de pratiquer de nombreuses activités sur place. Bien située, de nombreuses visites sont possibles aux alentours. Un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil et les bons conseils prodigués.

Vacances de rêve

Superbe maison - tout confort - Piscine, tennis, pétanque... - un jardin de 4600 m2 clôturé sans aucun vis à vis - tout est parfaitement bien entretenu...Sans oublier nos petites rainettes ! :-) La localisation est optimale : 50 min des gorges du Verdon - 50 min des plages - 15 min de Draguignan pour les courses Région magnifique avec ses petits villages provençaux à visiter - Catherine, la propriétaire est super, très sympathique, très discrète mais très réactive à nos questions. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great house in a nice rural area in Provence

Spacious and clean house with all the equipment you need in the kitchen. A nice pool and a beautiful garden with petanque court and a little garden pond with frogs. The tennis court is a cement-type of hard court which we enjoyed a lot during our stay (no flood light though).

We loved it!

My wife and I had a lovely stay last week in the villa, that really had all the luxury we wanted and more. The veranda (very enjoyable with the hot weather), the lovely swimming pool and nice garden and off course the tennis court. Lots of privacy and Cathy and Hervé were very kind and supportive. Urlaub im Paradies

Ein herrlicher Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen beim Anblick dieses wunderschön und liebevoll angelegten Grundstücks. Ob beim Entspannen oder beim Schwimmen, Tennis oder Pétanque spielen - es wird nie langweilig. Im Haus ist an Ausstattung wirklich alles vorhanden, um den Aufenthalt komfortabel und bequem zu gestalten.Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und "seinen" Garten bewacht. Die symphatische Vermieterin versorgt ihre Gäste mit wertvollen Tipps über Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und ist auch während des Aufenthaltes immer zu erreichen. Es war einfach ein Traumurlaub und die Abreise fiel uns wirklich schwer. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen!

Exzellente Location für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Provence

Hier hat alles gepasst. Tolles Haus mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Nur Internet-TV fehlt. Großer, eingezäunter Garten mit Boule- und Tennis-Platz. Ideal auch für unsere Hündin, die sich hier frei bewegen konnte. Zudem eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich bei Bedarf mit viel Engagement zuvorkommend um unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und auch das Meer, die Côte d'Azur, der Lac St. Croix und Grasse sind binnen einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ein idealer Mix also! Sehr gerne mal wieder!

Vacances sportives au top !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La météo favorable pour un mois de février nous a permis de profiter pleinement du vaste extérieur et en particulier du terrain de tennis privé qui a fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten durch Catherine einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Sie gab uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und Restaurantempfehlungen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Für Freizeitgestaltung auf dem Grundstück ist ausreichend gesorgt mit Pool, Petanque-Bahn und Tennisplatz. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und damit absolut hundesicher. Die ruhigen Abende auf der Terrasse beim BBQ und einem heimischen Rosé haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen wieder. Liebe Catherine, vielen, vielen Dank, du bist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin!

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back as they promised. The owner was brilliant, never intrusive but always available.

Ein besonders schönes Haus!

Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen! Es ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand, sehr sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, vollständige Küche, gute Möbel, auch auf der Terrasse mit Grill. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuverlässig - auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte sie Kontakt zu uns per Whatsapp, falls etwas zu klären gewesen wäre. Ferienwohnung Flayosc Gastgeberin Catherine

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und überaus freundlich von der Gastgeberin Catherine in Ihrem Haus empfangen und aufgenommen. Auch von der Übergabe und Abwicklung her lief alles super und sehr unkompliziert. Wir sind mit 6 Personen angereist: 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Man lässt Kleinkinder sowieso nie aus den Augen, aber es war trotzdem super, dass es eine elektronische Pool-Absicherung gab! Sehr schön und hilfreich war auch, dass uns Catherine bei unserer Ankunft, zahlreiche Ausflugsziele und sehenswerte Orte in der näheren Umgebung vorgeschlagen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans cette très belle villa. La maison est très bien entretenue et très propre. Tout est pensé pour que les vacanciers ne manquent de rien et se sentent comme chez eux. La maison est située au calme et sans vis à vis. Les commerces ne sont qu'à quelques minutes en voiture et la mer à environ 45 minutes. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité de la piscine car la météo ne s'y prêtait pas tous les jours mais que de bons souvenirs passés sur le terrain de tennis et à jouer à la pétanque. Catherine, la propriétaire, est chaleureuse, accueillante, toujours disponible si besoin, tout en étant très discrète. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Hier reihen sich einige Besonderheiten aneinander: Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt eingerichtet. Ein weitläufiges Gelände, Tennisplatz, Pool und Boule-Bahn - was will man mehr? Doch es kommt noch besser : Ein lebendiges, pittoreskes Städtchen in fußläufiger Nähe (der Weg ist nicht besonders schön - aber man kann sich das Autofahren sparen) - und natürlich eine sehr aufmerksame und engagierte Gastgeberin, der das Wohl Ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir haben hier einen unserer schönsten Urlaube mit der ganzen Familie verbracht und fiebern schon dem nächsten Aufenthalt entgegen.

Wir waren Mieter und keine Gäste

Schon im Vorfeld wurde es kompliziert, weil Madam unsere Haftpflichtpolice zugeschickt bekommen wollte. Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir für die Heizun extra bezahlen müssten (nicht ok) und für den Hund (ok). Das Preise Endpreise sein müssen ist wohl nicht allen klar. Dann wurde eine Kaution von 1000,- euro in bar einbehalten, es war aber nicht klar unter welchen Kriterien diese einbehalten werden konnte. Angekommen, wurden wir genötigt einen 6 seitigen Vertrag in französisch zu unterschreiben, den wir größtenteils nicht verstanden. Dann gabe es ein Papier für die Kaution und ein anderes Formular zu unterschreiben. Der ganze Vorgang dauerte fast eine Stunde und war sehr befremdlich. Willkommen fühlt man sich da nicht. Ach ja, das Haus un Anwesen: Innen sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Der Garten ist voller Bäume, ide man zu Hälfte abgesägt hatte. Der Pool war noch nicht geöffnet.
