Except for a few off-limits areas, guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Accessibility: To enter the house, there are a couple of steps to access the front door. Guests do not have to navigate any other stairs to access the whole house nor the deck. There are steps to walk into the backyard from the deck.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or phone call.
We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.
After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly, through our management software Hostaway. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration:
- All adult guests: Full names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
- Vehicle information
There are off-street parking spaces available, please try to utilize the driveway and garage only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. If you park on the street during this timeframe, you might receive a ticket or worse, your vehicle might get towed. We are not responsible for anything that results from you parking on the street.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 10 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 – Shoes Off
• Please remove your shoes as you enter the house. Thank you so much!
#2 – Pets
• For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. #6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help.
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
