A fun, unique place to stay! This is the entire standalone house - 1200 Sq Ft! Come visit the Hatter house, where all things are just a little quirky. Perfectly sized for a small group of up to 5, is equipped with all the necessities, including a hot tub, breakfast, free WiFi, 2 TVs, Cable, Croquet, and tea party. Perfect as a base camp to visit Sedona, Grand Canyon, NAU, North Pole Experience, Polar Express, Oak Creek, and more. Mins from downtown and hiking super close! More than a stay!!

Onsite parking! Space is the ENTIRE 1200 square foot home! Not a townhouse, not an apartment, not a condo - a standalone home on its own fenced property.

Have I mentioned quirky and a little silly? Oh, and hot tub. One MUST have a hot tub.

Bedroom 1: Spacious king-sized bed, large closet, private bathroom, and tv. This is the sideways room. Sideways? Yes. Look at the ceiling when you lay on the bed...

Bedroom 2: A finished attic bedroom with a queen-sized bed and luggage rack. The lamp room! With its own air conditioner unit to keep you comfortable. It is in a finished attic, so heads up! The stairs to the attic are quite steep.

Bedroom 3: A finished attic bedroom has a twin bed with linens, comforter, and pillow provided. This room also has its own air conditioning unit and comes with some musical surprise fun.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with tub, extended showerhead, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels provided. This bathroom is directly attached to bedroom #1.

Bathroom 2: Shower, washer/dryer combo, blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels provided. Washer and dryer combo for guest use in this bathroom.

Living room: TV, couches, desk, chess, and of course, Hatter hats to try on. Yep. Hats. Hats are absolutely required in this house.

Dining room: Yes. A full tea party awaits you. Cookies and tea included. A TEA PARTY!! With tea and hot chocolate provided.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, clean, and coffee maker with hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bags provided. Enjoy!

Outdoor private deck: Enjoy a two-person hot tub, croquet, a charcoal grill, a fire pit (when allowed by city fire prevention status), and twinkly lights to hang out and enjoy our beautiful Flagstaff weather.. don’t forget to take some pics in front of all of the colored doors!

What is provided:
6 bath towels
8 washcloths
4 hand towels
Linens for all beds
Hot tub upkeep
Coffee & coffee maker

What is not provided:
Specific towels for just the hot tub
Change of or extra linens
Someone to come cook breakfast for you
Kennels for animals

Someone will be onsite on Tuesday and Friday to maintain the hot tub. They will not go into the home but will be on the property for about 15-20 minutes between the hours of 7 am- 10 am to keep up on the hot tub cleanliness. This schedule may change due to holidays or as needed due to company.

The grill and fire pit are subject to current status of fire restrictions by the City of Flagstaff. They will be removed when the formal restrictions go into effect and replaced when lifted to ensure compliance with the codes.

We welcome children but please be aware that the house has steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and there are quite a few small decorative items that children may want to play with. I leave the decision of child-appropriate to you, just be aware that it’s not overly kid-friendly but that definition is different for every family. I’m always happy to answer any questions before and after booking if that helps your decision.
