SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.
PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We allow 2 dogs. No vicious breeds are permitted. $50 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.
EXTRAS Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
HOUSE RULES
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Pets allowed up to two with additional $50 non-refundable pet fee each Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax IF available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is: 12pm: $100 + tax 1pm: $75 + tax 2pm: $50 + tax 3pm: $35 + tax
SECURITY There is a Nest video camera at the front door and back patio door. There are cameras on the outside of the property. Please note, Porter does not hold ownership nor have access to the cameras on-site. Porter discloses all cameras on the property as they are reported to us by the homeowner.
