There are trails all through the neighborhood for walking and running, with a park and playground for kids. Lake Mary Road is a few minutes away which takes you to Lake Mary and Mormon Lake. It's a great cycling and running route. The neighborhood is called Ponderosa Trails because of the many Ponderosa Pines and the extensive trail system.
