My husband & I enjoyed our time together at the Nature Getaway in the Pines, Nov. 7th-11th. We enjoyed our walks around the property area. We loved the kitchen & use of washer & dryer! Our only complaint would have to be the pillows. And this is personal likes. I kinda “felt” like Goldilocks …they were either too hard or so soft that when I put 2 pillows together in the case, it was still too soft. The harder pillows made our necks hurt, but again, these are personal preferences. We would definitely stay here again! Lacey was super to deal with & always quick to respond to any questions!

The yurt was wonderful! I felt right at home when I entered. Lots of light, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had what I needed with plenty of counter space. Even though I didn’t use it, the wrap around porch was very inviting. It was great being in the woods yet close to everything. Fortunately I didn’t have a problem with the dirt roads. Lacey was quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was easy. I’m looking forward to my next stay!

We absolutely loved our stay, clean comfortable, felt like home. We loved the skylights and the wood stove but it really only got cool enough for a small fire one night, the temperature inside was always comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Thank you for sharing your home.

This yurt offers the perfect private getaway, quiet, cozy, and relaxing. The washer and dryer were a welcome bonus, since many vacation rentals don’t include them. The skylights, both by day and at night, made the stay even more special.

Delightful! Loved the spaciousness, location, and quiet. Beautifully decorated. Clean and well appointed. Spent much of my time lying on the couch on the deck listening to the wind in the pine trees. Went on many hike/walks and forest service trails close by. Perfect place for quiet and solace. Lacey thought of everything and I did not want for a thing (except more time!) Will definitely book again.

We were looking for a place to spend a week out of the city and out in nature. The yurt in the pines fit the bill perfectly. We were surrounded by tall pines and the accommodations were excellent. We spent our week relaxing on the large deck and comfy living room couches. There's many trails for walking among the pines . We highly recommend a stay here.

Cottage away from home

It is just like going to your own cabin in Flagstaff in the woods. All the bells and whistles you need. Easy to communicate with owner and easy to find on your gps. Hope we can go again

What a VRBO. Feels like you are out in the middle of the forest, yet only 3 minutes from town. Clean comfortable and a deck that you can spend all day on. Cant wait to go back in the winter.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was exactly as it was shown on the rental information. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and we barbequed on the beautiful deck every night. Was able to see a heard of elk in the morning. Close enough to town, but still nice and quiet and secluded. We will definitely be going back.

Loved the seclusion of the property location. Yurt is on the same property as a house (long term rental) but peaceful nonetheless. Perfect for 2 - could sleep 4 as the couch converts. Updated inside, nicely done. After a good part of the days exploring, spent a good deal of time on the partially covered deck enjoying the cooler weather and peacefulness. Plenty of space around to take some walks just taking it all in. Mattress was ok, but should probably be replaced. Sagged a bit in the middle, so with 2 people you kinda feel like you roll into each other. Definitely recommend
