Whether you`re here to explore or relax, you’ll feel right at home.

*Although the home is equipped with heating for winter months, we do NOT have A/C for
the summer months. We do have a few fans for the home.*

The entire property is on ground level. Here is a quick summary of the home`s spaces:
-Master bedroom: King bed, attached full bathroom, shower/stand-in shower .
Guest bedroom #1: Queen bed, shared full bath w/tub & shower combo in hallway
Guest bathroom #2: Queen bed, Queen bunk bed with twin on top. Shared full bath in hallway.

Guest have full access to the home minus one outdoor shed and interior closet which holds guest supplies

We live local and are happy to help when needed. Otherwise we do not plan to be stopping by the property at any point during your stay unless requested.

Located in upper Greenlawn of Flagstaff AZ, the home is just a few short minutes from downtown. A few short minutes to hiking trails and mount Elden
-No parties
-No smoking
-No Fires outside the fire gas fire pits
-We do allow pets for an additional fee.***No cats*** Our policy is `all-four-on-the-floor`. No pets in beds or on furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if violated. Sheets and bedding will be discarded and guests will be responsible for replacement if pet hair is found. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay.
-There will be a fee applied if guests do not depart from the home on time. $30 for every 15 min past checkout time unless previously arranged with host
-We are not responsible for left or lost items. If found we can return the items for the cost of shipping plus $30 .00 flat rate fee.
-Damaged items: If any item is damaged or stolen, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement plus a $25.00 replacement fee
