  • Escape to the serene beauty of Flagstaff at this peaceful 3BR/2BA forest retreat — a warm, mountain-style home with modern comforts, a private hot tub, a fully fenced backyard, and the ideal outdoor setup for relaxing beneath the pines. Whether you’re unwinding in the hot tub under the night sky, gathering around the fire pit, or exploring local trails, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and rejuvenation.

    Inside, you’ll find a cozy and inviting living space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and warm natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker with starter coffee and tea, and full-size appliances. The dining area seats 6–8 and works well for meals, games, or remote work.

    The home sleeps up to 10 guests with three bedrooms: two queen bedrooms offering calm and restful spaces, and a bunk room featuring two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds that are perfect for kids, teens, or groups. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

    Step outside to enjoy your private mountain oasis. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets, while the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and string lights create a relaxing environment day or night.

    We welcome well-behaved dogs. Up to two dogs are allowed with a one-time $70 pet fee. The fenced yard and nearby trails make this an excellent choice for pet owners.

    Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, hot tub, fire pit, washer/dryer, and all amenities. Self-check-in is simple with a smart lock.

    Located in the quiet Mountainaire community just south of Flagstaff, the home is surrounded by Ponderosa pines and minutes from trail systems. You’re 15 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff’s dining, coffee shops, and breweries. Snowbowl is 30 minutes away, Sedona is 45 minutes, and the Grand Canyon is approximately 1.5 hours.

Super cute cozy cabin! The hot tub is an extra bonus after a long day snowboarding! The house was clean and cozy! We will for sure stay here again when in town!

Very cute house. Conveniently located just off the highway, but still far back enough to feel like you are in the middle of the forest, and not far from town at all! Fit 4 adults very comfortably and the bunk beds made for a silly night reminiscing about childhood!

The house is super cute! It has ample seating room for dining and relaxing- the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The bunk bed room was fantastic for kids- its a level down and the kids loved that they had a downstairs room and their own space.We took FULL advantage of the hot tub morning, midday and nighttime- absolutely wonderful to sit and relax in the brisk cold air of Flagstaff. and stay warm in the hot tub :)The location of the house was great too...off the main road and down a bit into the Mountainaire community- very quiet community with a grocery and tavern just a walk away.Ample parking for everyone and a gated backyards for a furry family.Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My family of 5 and our Lab, loved our stay in this very clean and comfortable house. The smell of wood fires burning in the morning and evening made it special. The neighborhood is out of town but not so far that it was a pain to go get things we needed. Walking around the neighborhood was memorable and the people were all friendly. We would 100% stay here again. Jeremy was helpful and responded quickly. The house is just as the pictures show. There wasn’t a single thing we needed and didn’t have. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great hosts

We had our group of NINE. 4 adults and 5 kids ages 9-17 years old. We were so surprised how well it fit us. We all had more than enough room. We did have a small issue with the property while we were there. The speed to which it was taken care of surpassed any expectations. To me, fast kind customer service when I’m on vacation and don’t want to be dealing with issues is really important. This property takes care of everything.
