WHAT WE PROVIDE
Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While we often have condiments, coffee, and other essentials, availability is not guaranteed.

WINTER ACCESS
4WD or chains are required during winter months due to potential snow on the 500-foot driveway.
The driveway is not plowed, so please plan accordingly for snowy conditions.

HOUSE RULES
No Pets Allowed: Due to severe allergies in the owner's family, pets are strictly prohibited. Guests bringing pets will be asked to leave without a refund.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
Guest Contract: A signed rental agreement is required prior to gaining access to the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Guest Capacity: Maximum of 6 adults plus their dependent children are allowed. This property is not for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Service Access: Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

SECURITY
A Ring Camera is installed outside, monitoring the entry walkway ramp and back porch/patio area. No indoor cameras or noise decibel monitors are present.
