The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and variety. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is a unique haven for kids and fun-loving adults alike. Equipped with two full-sized beds, one lofted above the other with snowboard-themed stairs, this imaginative space is sure to delight. Each bedroom features its own TV for added convenience.

For additional privacy and entertainment, discover a separate living area accessible only from outside the main home. Guests can follow the path around the side of the house to access this space, which includes another TV and the 2nd full-sized bathroom. The laundry machines are conveniently located here as well.

Step outside onto the expansive deck to experience the true essence of forest living. Grill up your favorite meals and gather around the gas firepit for memorable evenings under the stars. Despite being in a community, the large lot and abundant pine trees provide a sense of seclusion, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of nature while still being within sight of neighboring homes.

Please note, for safety and security, the home is equipped with four exterior cameras that monitor the exterior of the home. There is one camera on the left corner of the front of the home that monitors the walkways and driveway. Another on the right corner of the front of the home that monitors the stairway down from the parking area. There are also two cameras on the back corners of the home that capture the backyard deck and the forested backyard. These devices record audio and video upon detecting motion, providing peace of mind during your stay.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay.

Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.

Bi-Weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.
