NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

  • Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

    Please note that parties are not allowed.
    Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

    There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

    Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

This home is absolutely stunning. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. The firepit, hot tub, shuffle board, and putting green kept us entertained. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Our family of four stayed for a week and loved it. The house is very convenient to places in Flagstaff. We enjoyed exploring northern Arizona and coming back each night to such a nice place. Our teens really enjoyed the putting green and shuffleboard. Everything was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out.

Excellent property - one of the best rentals we've stayed in. Everything was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. Our family enjoyed the kids' room setup and the fire pit. Location was convenient for our plans. Would absolutely stay again next time we are in Flagstaff.

This was a fantastic property. Very clean, well located, well provisioned, and more than enough space for our group. The host was communicative. The checkout requirements were more than reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or stay here again if we are in the area.

My family stayed at Vincent and Susan's VRBO rental in Flagstaff and were very comfortable. The home was super clean, organized and plenty spacious for our three- generation group of five adults and three kids. Our grandchildren loved the bunk-bed room and the all enjoyed the hot tub.! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was nice to have two full bathrooms, especially the extra-large master bath, and the laundry room was appreciated after our day-trip to the Grand Canyon! We highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in the Flagstaff area.

I can't recommend this property enough! My family of 5 stayed comfortably in this home and had a wonderful time. It was very clean, had things to do for not only my kids but for the adults as well. My kids enjoyed playing mini golf in the backyard and shuffle board it kept them completely busy. Any adults could relax in the jacuzzi or by the nice fire pit in the backyard. Every night as a family we were able to enjoy smores around the fire. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay amongst the cool weather in the pines.

What a beautiful house! We had a very comfortable stay for the four of us. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The back patio was very relaxing to sit and drink our morning coffee. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It reminded me of being in Lake Tahoe, CA with tall pine trees and the crisp morning air. Restaurants and shopping are only 10 minutes away. We used Flagstaff as a home base for the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the Petrified Forest National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so pleased with our visit!Our family had a snowboarding trip. The house was easily accessible to all of the stores and restaurants not a long drive to the slopes.We felt well taken care of and enjoyed the amenities. Everything was so very clean, communication was great and the house was adorable and fit us all very well.We would highly recommend!!

What a gem of a house to stay in while we were attending a music festival in Flagstaff! The house had plenty of space for four of us to be comfortable and the property was immaculate. There is everything you would need for a VERY nice stay in Flagstaff.

Beautiful and great for families

This place was amazing!! Very well equipped and so much fun for our family. We had 3 generations staying and everything was comfortable and accessible. We were very impressed and would love to stay again on our next trip to Flagstaff!
