Perfect for two families, this expansive seaside haven boasts multiple floors with five bedrooms in total and two separate kitchens. This unique getaway offers an expansive wrap-around balcony that spans both the front and the back of the house. Best of all, you not only have an ocean view but also have a walkway to the beach across the street. Enjoy a private driveway which offers plenty of parking for trailers and boats. You'll have a stunning view of miles of sandy shore and lush greenery from a private wrap-around balcony, a cozy and chic open floor plan for the living areas on both the ground and top floor.



Pet Friendly - The owner will allow up to two dogs (woof) (no cats) up to 50 pounds. There will be a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

A coastal restoration project is expected to potentially start in the Fall 2025 into 2026. Dates are not confirmed yet, but construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (14) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.
