  • Dunes2Dock is a newly constructed home that was built for vacations! Ocean & River Views. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Heated pool(extra fee) and hot tub. Private beach access just 400 ft from the house. Elevator! Walk outback past the pool to the private boat dock for some fishing or just sit on the bench and birdwatch. This property has plenty of privacy with 1.6 acres. We have a floating dock for launching 2 provided kayaks. Beautiful century old oak trees. This 3 story smart home has plenty of room for everyone. Great room has comfy seating for 10. The dining room table accommodates 8 plus seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. Downstairs there is a game room with an additional couch and TV, as well as pool table/air hockey. There are 4 balconies. On chilly nights enjoy one of the 2 fireplaces. The master suite has a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa(twin). His and her bathrooms, soaker tub, fireplace, covered balcony and panoramic views. Also on the 3rd floor is bedroom 2 with a queen bed and sleeper sofa(twin). Bath room 2 has a tub/shower combo. There is a front balcony for enjoying ocean views as well as a loft with sitting area on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor of the home you will find the main living area, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and large deck/balcony. Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin over full bunk beds. Bath 4 is a tub shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of space for cooking. The first level of the home has a Game Room that doubles as Family Suite with twin over full sized bunk bed, pull out full sized sofa bed with additional separate enclosed bedroom with queen bed and full bath walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a walk-in closets.

Dilunes to Dock

Best beach house in Flagger

This house was perfect for spring break with close family friends. The backyard is an oasis for adults and kids. We are looking forward to making this house a tradition for future trips.

We had a great time celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary!!! Ocean on one side, fishing the inter-coastal on the other side. Pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to cool down during the day or relax in at night! Communication was excellent with host. Definitely recommend this house!!!

Flagler Fun

We travel as a 14 pack of 3 families with kids of all different ages. The property is beautiful and the house fit us all easily. Weather was great so we spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub and enjoyed the fishing dock and easy walk to the beach. Plenty of local bars/restaurants in Flagler and perfect location for quick day trips to Daytona Beach and St Augustine. Good times.

Very Nice

Our second beach vacation at this property. Just as good as the first stay. Really enjoyed the amenities. The beach is a short walk and across the road but it’s private! No one walked past the entire week. The pool is a real plus. The lawn is beautiful. Very enjoyable fire pit.

Flagler Fantasy

Dunes2Dock is the ultimate beach getaway! Your own private beach is a five-minute walk outside the front door. The walkway out the back leads to a great dock where you can go fishing or paddle away on two provided kayaks. Our three-generation family ranging from 6 to 73 took advantage of all the above in addition to the pool, firepit for smores, game room, croquet on the lawn, enjoying the views from the multiple balconies, and movie night in the living room. We've vacationed together for the past thirteen years. This place topped them all! Thank you, Cathy, for the awesome memories your beach house provided us!

It has everything!

Absolutely the most well-appointed property we’ve ever stayed in! Pool, dock, beach, game table, video games, hammock, fire pit, streaming services, fishing… I could go on and on! We had some bad weather during our stay and still never a dull moment was had with all the options. The owner was responsive, proactive and gave some fantastic recommendations for the area as well (definitely get the boullaibaise at JT’s!). We had an absolutely unforgettable time and highly recommend this area and specifically this home away from home!

This house was perfect for our two families with kids ranging from 3 to 15 years old—there was something for everyone. The kayaks were easy to access and the creek was beautiful. The pool was a big hit with both adults and kids, and there were plenty of pool and beach toys provided, so no need to bring any. A beach wagon and lots of sand toys for younger kids were especially handy. I’d recommend bringing some extra beach and pool towels if you have a large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware, plates, and silverware we needed, and having two refrigerators was a great bonus. The place was clean and well maintained. Overall, a 5-star stay from our group!Owners were very easy tomcoinicate with as well! Thank you!

Super Dunes2dock

The house is fantastic! Beautiful decor, comfortable , has everything you need! We were a large group of family there to celebrate my mother in law’s 90th birthday. She was the oldest there and her youngest great grand child was 8 months. What a great place. There was a high chair and portacrib for the baby and a pool for the older kids. We had it heated so the water was just right. Great jacuzzis too for us adults. The beach was right across the street with our own private access. What a terrific place!!!

Wonderful!

We rented this wonderful home for a large family reunion trip for ages 8-80. It was perfect for everyone to have their own private space and spread out all over the property. It has a lot of great features - close to the beach, an awesome dock and pier for fishing/crabbing, a pool/jacuzzi, great game room, lots of comfortable living space, and a great "yard" with hammock, space for outdoor games and fire pit. The elevator is a great people mover - especially for the older people who have an issue going up and down stairs. And the owner and her sons are super sweet! It was a pleasure meeting them. We truly enjoyed our stay and time together at Dunes2Dock.

Vacation 2022

The house is beautiful, the location is perfect with private beach access, and the pool is wonderful. The only downside is having a game room and/or having bunk beds in the game room. It's an odd space and layout compared to the rest of the house that is well designed and decorated. The master bedroom and bathroom is spectacular and over the top in comparison to the other bedrooms/bathrooms. The dock is great for fishing when you're not at the beach or in pool. Thanks for a great week at Dunes2Dock!

4 Generation Family Vacation

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. Our week was filled with lots to do for everyone! Great Grandfather and his sons spent a LOT of time fishing off the dock as well as the beach. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, we did pay additional for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. It is very evident that there was a lot of thought put into what people would need while staying here, as the details were all on point! From the huge umbrella that was well placed over the pool, all the pool toys available, the multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys for the beach (along with a cart to get them there) WOW! It was truly evident that these owners wanted us to feel like we were their houseguests. The kitchen was well appointed, and the grill also got a lot of use. The additional fridge on the bottom floor was well used and another great detail. The whole property is beautiful and I got lots of Props from my husbands’ family for organizing this vacation and picking out such an amazing place. Many Thanks Dunes2Dock for being even better than we could have imagined.

Very, very good property. Pool, dock and privacy. Beach just a short walk across the road. The bunks would serve us better if located on first floor to accommodate older kids. We’ve booked for next year.
