"The staff told me to ask someone else to refill the coffee station in the lobby. Please don’t play ping pong for refilling the coffee. I am a customer, I am not responsible to ask around for coffee refilling. Just refill it please and be professional "

"The TV didn't work, the wifi was in and out, property basic upkeep was deficient including plugs, lighting fixtures pulling from wall. The shouwer handle also pulled out from the fixture which a simple tightening of a set screw would have solved."

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it...

"The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel. "

"I find the hotel strange. The rooms are spacious and well appointed but you have to pay for bottled water which seems absurd given the price for a room. The complimentary coffee in the lounge was tepid (I also wish there was whole milk) and no breakfast was served. When I telephoned about a lost item the person at the desk was not initially helpful (and borderline dismissive) but in the end they called me back and said the item was found."

"The property is in an alley behind some dilapidated buildings it felt very unsafe. The room was small , with nowhere to sit but on the bed. The security was a joke anyone could get into the room easily. They had a free breakfast listed which consisted of waffles , some bread and coffee or tea."

"My only real complaint or concern about the room is the free stand AC/heat unit which is very loud and you could hear a clanking noise which upsets my sleep. I had to shut the unit off and use extra blankets. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and it was very convenient to the airport. "

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

"Bed was uncomfortable and creaky, and walls were thin—we could hear people at 3am. Breakfast was good."

"Unfortunately, I noticed some ants in the bathroom, but didn't think too much about it.... When unpacking at home later in the day, we discovered that our bag which had a box of crackers in it was LOADED with ants which had come aboard during the night in room 106."
