"Deadbolt didn't lock. We were given a different room and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff was "sorry about that". No big deal. Several young men roaming property. I didn't feel safe."

"The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see...

"We had the best experience ever, all the staff were exceptional! Room was clean, breakfast was different everyday! Highly recommend! We did have a noise problem briefly and it was handled immediately! It was a great experience!"
