"The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. "The airport shuttle service was amazing for us. We were able to schedule ours for 7am, 6-27-26 the previous day. We were told to be there ten minutes before it went off. This hotel does charge a $50 security deposit of sorts, but you do get it back within a few business days. Given the amenities we had, it made sense.
The only minor complaints we had was the pool was pretty darn chilly, the blackout curtains don’t close for some reason and the WiFi was out the whole time we were there. Bogus....

"Overall the room and property was clean and well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Property is in a good area with good food options in walking distance. We really only had two issue with our stay. One was that the fitted sheets barely fit the bed. The corner would pop off throughout the night and have to be constantly put back on. The idea of waking up on the mattress was a little off putting. Second was that after our first big day of events, I came back to take my first shower...

"The hotel is peaceful and quiet plus you don’t hear anything from other rooms. The staff are very pleasant and so helpful. The amenities are a plus Kuerig coffee and cups and creamer plus wine glasses and opener. Mini fridge. An atrium with colorful bistro sets and games and coffee. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all you want or need. Free cafe breakfast from 7-9 good food. Other nice little things. We loved our stay."

"Elevator was out of order and looks like it’s been that way for at least a year. They use an antiquated key card system and their cards periodically wipe themselves for no reason. The janky extension cords for the AC unit have to be a fire hazard. The bed was uncomfortable. The room, while clean, was furnished with junk that was falling apart. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"I had a business meeting at the nearby hospital, so stayed for 2 nights. Inexpensive. Room size small, but fine for solo traveller. Good AC. Good food and drink downstairs. Staff were friendly and didn’t mind that I nursed a beer while doing some computer chores. Was able to work comfortably at both in-bar and patio tables. No breakfast service here, but good bagels are just up the block."
