Skybridge is located atop a private gated community in Fish Haven Idaho. Stunning architecture outside, spacious gathering rooms, vaulted ceilings, enormous windows overlooking an aerial view of Bear Lake; perfect for family reunions, company retreats and weddings. This luxury home is located on 6+ acres, and sleeps up to 61 in the main house and 14 more in the attached owner`s condo, available to add-on after booking for a fee.

Owner`s Condo - The glass skybridge connects to separate living quarters above the garage, the `owner`s condo` which may be available as an add-on to rent in addition to the main house if you need extra space. Sleeps 14 in 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, a full kitchen, dining room, family room and laundry. To check for availability, contact the host.

There is a large covered deck, covered patio, and a fire pit. Guests will have access to all of the Reserve amenities including clubhouse with two heated pools, hot tub, weights/workout room, splash pad, sports court (tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts), children`s outdoor playground, and a private beach 2.6 miles from the home.
Skybridge has instant access to all-season recreation activities for snowmobiles, ATVs, and mountain biking. It is also ~30 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Area.
Wedding equipment rentals are available from area vendors - just ask a host for the names of recommended vendors.
Access to The Reserve is through a gate, requiring an entry code. The home is located near the top of the neighborhood, and the clubhouse with pools and amenities is located at the entrance (about a mile away). The private beach access gate is located about 2.6 miles from the home. A key fob is required for entry to the private beach, clubhouse, pools, and sports courts.
The nearest major airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC / KSLC), which has international and domestic flights and is 130 miles from Skybridge (about 2.5 hours drive). The nearest airport is Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD / KOGD), and is 100 miles away (about 2 hours drive).
In the winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary to access Skybridge. Car rentals should be made with this in mind.
Skybridge has 4 off-site hosts ready to answer any question you may have.
The Reserve is a private, amenity-filled neighborhood with exclusive access to the clubhouse, pool, and private beach access (shared with all residents - no reservations accepted).
There is no parking allowed on the street, and the Skybridge property can accommodate parking for about 40 vehicles. Overflow parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot (not overnight).
This Short-Term Rental Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Skybridge Ventures, LLC, (hereinafter “Manager”) and Guest (hereinafter “Guest” or “Primary Guest”). Guest and/or the plural form, Guests, shall refer to any person(s) who are entitled to use the Property; either by being part of the Primary Guest’s traveling group (including but not limited to adults, minors, family members or other co-guests) or by invitation of the primary Guest or a member of the Primary Guest’s traveling group. Guest’s payment of rent and/or fees (partial or full), taking possession of the vacation rental Property (hereinafter “Property”), or receipt of this agreement (in any form) is evidence of Guest’s acceptance of this Agreement and all of its terms. The Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to make all other Guests aware of these terms, and to be jointly and severally liable for their conduct.
ARRIVAL time is 4:00 pm | DEPARTURE time is 10:00 am:
Check in time is 4pm. Do not enter the Property early without permission. Access codes will be emailed at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am. Because we need enough time to prepare the Property for the next rental, late check-outs are not permitted and will be charged at a rate of $100 for each 15 minutes, or part thereof, past 10am MT. Additional penalties may include, without limitation, additional daily or nightly rental fees and/or loss of revenue incurred by Manager, and/or its principal, due to the Property not being available for the next group of guests. We ask that if you plan to leave prior to the scheduled departure date, that you notify Manager.
MAIN HOUSE:
This rental agreement is for the main house of Skybridge which consists of 9 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. The owner`s condo, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located above the secondary garage may be available for an additional fee. Inquire with a host to add it on to your reservation of the main house.
NO SMOKING:
SMOKING AND VAPING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN, OR WITHIN 25 FEET OF, THE RENTAL PROPERTY. Guests must also comply with any and all smoking restrictions in or around the common areas or common facilities. Evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes or vape pens) in or near the Property will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional cleaning fees being charged to the Credit Card(s) on file.
PETS
PETS ARE ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED IN THE RENTAL PROPERTY UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY AGENT IN ADVANCE AND IN WRITING. Any evidence of pets in the Property may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of all amounts paid, fines and additional cleaning fees being charged to the Credit Card(s) on file.
USE RESTRICTIONS:
No loud parties in or around the rental Property, or in any common areas or facilities, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests. Rental of this Property is limited to use by family groups, company events, weddings, or other gatherings as agreed to in advance. Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old. Manager may require proof of Primary Guest’s age as demonstrated by a valid driver’s license, passport or other government-issued photo identification. If Manager discovers that the Primary Guest fails to meet this minimum age requirement, Manager may immediately evict all Guests, and all payments made by Guest will be immediately forfeited. The person(s) signing the Agreement must be present during the rental period.
EXCESSIVE NOISE:
The Property is located in a quiet residential development. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Guest agrees not to undertake any activities that violate this agreement or the community rules, constitute a nuisance, or interferes with any neighbors` right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Guest agrees to fully comply with local noise regulations and to use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. If Management staff is required to visit the Property to address a noise issue there will be a minimum charge of $100. If there is a follow-up complaint or if police, city representatives, or code compliance officials are called to the Property there will be an additional charge of $1500 (“Enforcement Fee”) and may result in immediate ejection or eviction without refund of any deposits or rents.
ARRIVAL CONDITION:
The Property is inspected for cleanliness and, outside of normal wear and tear, will be in good repair before Guest arrival. Please report anything that is not in acceptable condition on the day of arrival. Anything not reported on the day of arrival will be deemed acceptable.
DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Guest agrees to provide a $2,500 security deposit in the form of a hold on a credit card, or purchase an accidental damage protection plan if a security deposit is not provided. Guest may also provide security deposit monies through person-to-person payments to @skybridgebearlake or credit card for incidentals and/or security deposit. A protection plan or security deposit does not substitute for the Guest’s responsibility to leave the Property in the same condition as received. Security deposits will be refunded 3 days after checkout/inspection provided no damage is found. Any damages that exceed the security deposit amount will be charged immediately to the Guest’s credit card. Guest will also be notified in writing of damages and costs.
The following CONDITIONS MUST BE MET prior to departure to avoid the accompanying fee or cost assessment:
• No items are missing, and no damage is done to the Property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. (Guest will be charged actual cost to repair or replace.)
• Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started. ($50)
• All food is removed from the refrigerator and cabinets and disposed of. ($50)
• Note: Unopened, non-perishable, sealed food items and paper products may be left in the pantry if so desired.
• All trash and debris are placed in trash receptacles at Clubhouse. ($300)
• Clubhouse key fob is returned on hook by whiteboard. ($75)
