Some of the main level rooms have both an inside and outside door leading to the parking lot (like a motel) which is covneient for luggage and leaving for the day. The check in staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom where the shower and toilet were was very outdated, the shower not clean, and the paint was peeling off the walls. After a few contacts with the front desk we were told that we would be able to get into the fitness center, even though portions of it were being used as a store-room -- which was good, but the condition of the machines was horrible. "Originally booked for 4 nights for work ln Pierre. Got done early and unfortunately couldn’t ancel last 2 nights. Stan the property manager was a delight. However, air conditioning was not available and the apartment was quite warm and the smoke from Alberta wildfires made it difficult with the windows open. Outside and overall neighborhood a little dumpy but we were not there for leisure so not a big problem. Overall, would likely stay again."
